Incredible location. Property was well manicured but buildings feel older and need upkeep. Beautiful grounds and loved the ocean crashing beyond the property. Food was good but we didn’t eat much at resort due to pricing.
Bed was average-not what I expect from a Hilton especially at the price. Our bed sheets were ripped. No maid service unless you called 48 hours in advance. Felt like there was an extra charge at every turn.

Perfect location with beautiful scenery. Great pool for kids & adults, kids loved the slide. Good amount of Watersport options in the lagoon including snorkelling & paddle boarding
We stayed in the palace tower & the closest laundry facility was in another building 10 minute walk away through a swimming pool. Expensive dining options only & what’s reasonably priced closes too early.

Slow tram time. One was not working.

The front desk manager managed to switch my room to a much better one. It was busy time and I appreciated it.
Too far away from parking to Palace tower. Around 15 minutes walk one way. Every time the monorail is not coming. Hotel is very old and the fire alarm kept beeping. I even woke up by someone shouting “son of b**, get out off here for like 20 minutes” in the hotel at 12:30 AM. I booked a ocean view,First assigned me a room totally can not see anything sea, picture attached and the front desk even told me to go out to the corner, that is not the way for a $700/night hotel.

Beautiful property on a great location. Lots of different areas to enjoy your vacation. Remotely close to most things on the island.
Resort seemed a little understaffed. Check in process was not very pleasant. Waited almost an hour to check in, due to lack of employees. Once we got checked in we waited 1.5 hours PAST check in time before our room was ready for us.

The location and grounds were very beautiful
The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. When asked questions, they acted as thou it was an imposition. The food was less than adequate especially for the price. Some was barely edible. The fish was not fresh. The options were very limited and the price was excessive for the quality of the product.

Excellent location, activities, pools.
Food is Extremely expensive, lack of seating by the pools or lagoons depending on the time you get there.

The property is expansive and impressive. Great ocean views, many pools and swimming areas, a tram system, dolphins, waterfalls, a golf course. This a true resort.
This is definitely not a place to find value. It cost $30 for a beer and mai tai. A couple of burgers was $48. The most upsetting fee was $44 for parking. I am a Hilton Honors member, and asked that the charge be rescinded. It didn’t matter. Paying over $400 for a room and then being charged for parking is weak.

It’s close to swim with Dolphins and the garden in the area around is wide and greenery. I like a shuttle tram and a boat ride (free of charge )is also good and parking is close to the apartment MAKAI. The sunset view from 5th floor I stay is very beautiful.
It slightly far from the airport ,if your price covered free transport is much better.
another one I need is swimming pool with warm water. If you provide I will appreciate.

views were amazing! pools were great, perfect for kids and adults.
a little confusing learning our way around the resort, only one real way to get from one end of resort to the other.

Large property with nice pools and overall very good for families. Nui is a good all around restaurant for families. My wife has celiac (Gluten allergy) and they have the best gluten free crust I think I've ever tasted. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.
Depending on which tower you are staying in, your walk from the car to your room can be quite a distance. My wife and I didn't mind because we got our steps in, the kids were less enthusiastic (teenagers), but it was good for them too. There is a tram though for those that want to walk. I wish there were more restaurants, but Nui was wonderful everytime we ate there.

The service during breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were so kind! Nui Breakfast staff get a 10 out of 10 from us.
The tram to and from the hotel and lobby was a little slow, but that was a minor inconvenience. Parking a 10 minute journey to the car one way.

The room was incredibly outdated. However that was the least of the problems. There was no hot water. There were bugs. It was so dirty. Our tower was a mile walk from parking. The tram to our tower was broken so we had to walk our luggage there and walk to the car a mile every day. The restaurants and bars on our end were closed. The bars and water slides even on our end were all closed at 3pm every day. The food was massively overpriced. We requested a refund and they said that we would be getting a refund from your company. great view
there was a fair amount of deferred maintenance that didn’t pair well with the price of the rooms. it was a much more expensive area to stay than farther south on Kona. almost a mile round trip from room to car and back.

Not a good breakfast option. Very limited lunch and dinner options.

it’s a great place if you have young children due to the presence of the dolphins and the lagoon. the dolphins cove is located onsite.
I would not classify this a 4 star property. first off, the rooms look nice on photo but are actually very old. There is no room service available. They only have one breakfast restaurant located on the opposite side of the property. The property is huge so it’s quite a walk there. All other restaurants and bars don’t open up until 11am. We had a ride to the airport at 1145 and had to rush to try to get some to go food before leaving which was a major inconvenience. I was not very happy their hot tubs were not accessible due to construction. Also, there is no swim able beach.
