Awesome place to stay !

The breakfast was an extra bonus to get our day started with a variety of choices. We were very close to the bridge to the USA making it great location for us.

Nothing. Friendly staff made our stay much more enjoyable.

We were pleased with the facility and the staff.

Good hot breakfast, cereal, muffins, coffee. Everything was good.

Wash room could be larger... fine for one at a time.

The best hotel in a long time.

Amazingly clean, new feeling, front staff were very friendly ( checking in and checking out), VERY comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, excellent varied, hot breakfast. Will definitely use this location again and will look for other Comfort Inn on our trip.

Very good

Very clean, beds are comfortable. Price was good. way better than expected for that price. Outside of hotel was not great so we were pleasantly surprised with room. cleaning staff do a great job!

Fantastic menu selection for breakfast .

Wish we were better informed about the contents in our room. On the last day of our stay, we were told that there was a fridge in the room. It was hidden in an armoire.

Excellent hotel with spacious , clean room and comfortable bed.

Was greeted by cheery and helpful staff at front desk. Room was spacious, clean, and bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave were so handy. Good parking. Good choice of tv channels.

Great staff, great accommodations and great atmosphere

The nighttime receptionist was great in more ways than one. she was very helpful and very nice. she’ll be the reason why I would return.

The only issue was the transports using their engine brakes. don’t get me wrong I know what they are because I’ve been in the trucking industry for a very long time.

Pillows very comfortable and very clean the room

I really don't like that they use disposable plates, cups, at breakfast... it's very bad to know that they don't care about the environment and eliminating disposable plastic and cardboard...

Bed hard, sheets had pilling, room facing the road noisy at night.

to save money sleep in Canada but purchase petrol in the US.

Bathroom looked new and clean. Bed was firm. Location was right off the highway and I could barely tell and I was on the first floor facing the highway.

If you are allergic to gluten and dairy like myself make sure to bring your own food. Would be nice is ingredients were posted so you didn't have to find staff to provide that info.

My wife and I would stay at this hotel again for it's ideal location, helpful staff and cleanliness!

Although the breakfast had a great variety, the hot items were cold. Great coffee! Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and being especially helpful to solve a problem promptly. Was greatly impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.

They don't accept cash for payment. Can't think of anything else specifically.

The website offered a tub. But there was none. Pricing can be high but now a days everything is. Not enough rooms for pets

Exceptional

The staff were friendly. Easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Great breakfast. The young woman working the morning breakfast area was so sweet and personable. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The one thing I didn't like were the curtains. There were 2 sets of curtains. One was transparent and the other was heavy blackout style. The blackout style curtains didn't close, and the back light from outside was shining into our room. It made it hard to fall asleep with the light shining in. Also, for privacy, the curtains need to close.

Nice hotel but not entirely impressed

The place looked new, breakfast was good and close to the border

The body wash and shampoo were empty in the shower. The shower door didn’t close all the way and the shower faucet spun around as you tried to turn it on. Simple things like this just lead you to think what else have they scrimped on.
