A wonderful place! Very kind, friendly and helpful hosts. Rented a canoe for a day (for an affordable fee) and had a great time! It is in a beautiful location, I wish I had more time to just sit and enjoy the view! There are many activities (hiking, canoeing and kayaking) that you can do onsite and in the nearby places. Location was perfect.
Nothing...neighbours were a little loud first day but they turned down the music when asked so overall a great place.

our room was extremely clean so kudos to the housekeeping staff.Nice little beach area.
lots of maintenance issues the front door security latch didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't close.Outside everything can use paint and lots of wood decking needs to be replaced.The swim raft needs the boards replaced and the ladder needs to be secured

This is a beautiful retreat. So much to do and see in a beautiful river. Motel staying with a cottage feel. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 minutes from the quaint town of Loring. Awesome area and value

Enjoy the beautiful lake and beach. We stayed in motel room and they were super clean. You can enjoy fishing, paddle boarding and swimming in the lake. I am extremely happy l booked this motel, and definitely plan for future stays. They also have cottages available for rent.

The setting was beautiful and it was very peaceful and relaxing. The staff (Lionel in particular) made a real difference in our stay. The other guests and visitors were also very nice.
The deer flies and horse flies were irritating off the property but didn't bother us on the property. It prevented us from hiking or biking in this area.

Lionel, the owner, was so friendly, accommodating and working very hard to successfully meet the Covid requirements. The resort is very clean and well taken care of and makes you feel that you are stepping back into time just a bit!
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to Covid, we look forward to returning when we can enjoy breakfasts and dinners.
