Close and convenient to everything, but misleading.

It was in a great location

They advertised 2 free big bus passes per room. When you inquiry about it at check in they tell you to go to the concierge counter. The concierge then tells you they no longer do that. They also add a $35 amenities fee daily to your room, even if you don’t buy anything. That credit can only be used for food, not their store. When you go to the restaurant in the am (Starbucks) the line is 30-45 mins long. The restaurant at night has waitstaff that gets upset if you need to split your check into two different rooms.

Good for only a short stay

Good location and staff are very nice

Needs to be updated, rooms are outdated and the mattresses were old. There’s no minibar and no water bottles

Hotel très correct pour couple d'adultes, prevoir plusieurs chambre si plus de 2

L'emplacement idéal pour les visites chambre nettoyée correctement tous les jours

La mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, le fait qu'elles pouvaient être ouvertes par le voisin. Lit petit pour 2 personnes Les toilettes ont débordé la dernière soirée, pas de personnel pour nettoyer malgré plusieurs appels à la réception.

Quartos muito pequenos, travesseiros deformados, atendentes grosseiros. Chegamos 1 hora antes do horário do check in e pediram Us$ 57 para entrarmos no quarto, sendo que o mesmo já estava livre. Cobram uma taxa extra de hospedagem de us$ 30 por dia , e te dão um crédito para te obrigar a comprar nas dependências do hotel. Decepcionante

ADMINISTRACIÓN PESIMA

La ubicación y los desayunos.

La parte administrativa es PÉSIMA. No hablan casi nadie en español, siendo q un gra porcentaje de visitantes lo hablan. En los 16 días, no nos cambiaron nunca las sábanas y varias veces tuve q pedir jabón.

La nostra stanza era una superior con 2 letti alla francese abbastanza grande e comoda per una famiglia con 1 bambino.. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel accanto a central park, times square, 5th av con tutte le sue attrazioni. Ottima posizione anche per i mezzi, in primis la subway praticamente sotto l'hotel

La colazione lascia un po' a desiderare per qualità e scelta. Per chi ha allergie a lattosio o celiachia è impossibile trovare alimenti e questo è un problema importante.. Unica sorpresa che si possono prenotare all inclusive solo 2 colazioni a camera le altre vanno pagate sul posto a 38 $ a persona o 50% per bambino sotto i 10 anni

You could get better accommodations at a lesser known hotel

The location is great. The staff were kind and helpful.

There is a $30 a day fee that isn’t openly disclosed when booking. While it’s clear that this fee is imposed by the city since the hotel takes the fees, it should be upfront about them. Lines are ridiculously long for everything. The beds are really uncomfortable and there are visible repairs that need to be made. Peeling wallpaper, holes in the bench by the elevators and outdated fixtures are par for the course. There is no room service or vending areas for snacks. The only places to eat have long wait times and are expensive.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones también.

La información que le ofrecen es poca con respecto a la cuota de depósito que se le carga a la tarjeta. En mi caso me hicieron una carga adicional el segundo día de hospedaje sin aviso previo, algo que me parece descortés. Fui hasta recepción a preguntar y me aclararon todo. Al final solo te cobran lo indicado y revierten el exceso.

Disappointing

The hotel position is spot on few seconds away from time square, broadway theatre, MoMa or Central Park .

If you are expecting a welcoming 4 star hotel you will be disappointed. The entrance hall is chaotic as the outside time square, no one welcoming you. Check in was at 4pm and at 6pm after 20 min queuing I discovered that my room was not yet available and instead of a 2 double beds room they offer me a king size with a sofa, not a sofa bed a sofa 😞. I had to come back after 2 hours and after another 20 min queue at the reception I discovered that the room was still not ready and the lady literally said, I have no idea when it will be. I had to ask for the manager and wait for another half hour before I finally got the room. Worth to mention that they took the first night from my credit card and reserve the amount for the entire stay at the first attempt of check in well before tell me that the room was not available. The room was clean but the bed definitely too small was a 1 and 1/2 sold for double. No fridge in the room and everything desperately in need of renovation. All in all definitely not what you expect from a 4 star Sheraton hotel

Las camas no son matrimoniales ni Queen, y es muy difícil que quepan dos personas. Parecen camas individuales. Cuándo lo reservas para cuatro personas y fue incómodo dormir

It was okay.

Location of room in hotel. For a city hotel it was relatively quiet.

The foot of the bed was higher than the head making it really hard to sleep. My feet were exceedingly high. The mattress pad bunched under my body and didn’t remain flat causing me to wake up during the night due to discomfort. I almost took it off the bed. The bed squeaked a lot when I turned over. The bed overall just seemed really old. And when I booked , I didn’t realize there unnecessary fees on top of the original prices making a one night stay more expensive than it needed to be.

Stadt ist schön, aber das Hotel ist das schlechteste Hotel, welcher wir je gebucht haben.

die Lage war sehr gut. Gute Anbindung zur Metro und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fuss oder Metro erreichbar.

Die Rezeption war nicht kompetent, jeder hat was anderes erzählt. Sie brauchten vier Tage um ein Problem zu lösen. Sie versuchten mehr abzubuchen wie die Buchung bei Booking.com war. (3x hohe Beträge)

Very nice, READ VERY CAREFULLY EVERYTHING.

I liked the staff, the location, the view

The have hidden fees, I paid the total for the stay including breakfast on the room. Once we got there, the breakfast wasn’t included for the 4 people we added in the room. Why would you ask how many people are in the room of the breakfast is only included for two of them? It doesn’t make any sense. Then another $30 destination fee every day of the stay, they don’t say that unless you read the information that not even the staff knew where to find. Everything was nice but they need to fix all those unnecessary things.

Wow what a view

super central to Time Sq and Central Park, close to everything you want to see in NY - Broadway, food, Rockefeller Centre, 5th Avenue shops..its all walking distance from hotel

N/A old school hotel, old school big and busy and we loved that..so nothing we didn't like and our king size bed and suite with view of Time Square was amazing! Thank you to the staff who helped us out. we really appreciated the extra effort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
