The apartment was a bit dark. Not much natural light, but I know the heat is a problem. Also it would be great if it was possible to get Netflix or other streaming services.

Great location for enjoying easy access to many hiking trails near Village of Oak Creek — and away from Sedona traffic b

Spacious accommodations (king suite) with fully equipped kitchen and balcony seating for up to four persons. Two good size swimming pools (heated to 82 degrees!) and three hot tubs.

TVs a bit out dated for this upscale accommodation.

I love the Sedona area. This place is located in a beautiful area. Staff was very kind and helpful

This was a nice suite. Equipped very well with dishes, etc. in the kitchen. Lots of good space. I wish I had stayed longer. Beautiful balcony, just too cold when I was there to make use of it. Bathroom was beautiful

I thought the price was a little high, but I don't know the area so maybe it was comparable.

Very pleasant - would stay here again.

We really liked the outside property - it was quiet and well maintained and we particularly liked the hot tub. The suite (one bedroom king) was very spacious, bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Please note that parking and Wifi are NOT free as advertised - you have to pay a $25.00/day resort fee to cover those amenities. The room wasn’t particularly clean (the first room we were given had broken glass on the kitchen floor), the second room which we kept had debris on the carpet. There were no dish towels in the kitchen and no house cleaning in 4 days even after a specific request for dish towels.

We loved our suite & would definitely stay there again!

The suite was very well appointed and well arranged, with full size appliances in the kitchenette, and a wonderful soaker tub in the bathroom. The furniture was comfortable, and there was even a fireplace!

Stay in the one bedroom if possible as the studio was very basic.

Very loud AC/heater. Tv audio kept glitching. Very low flow toilet.

Pleasant stay ,nicer location would stay here again

Great location.Nicer staying just out of Sedona.Not as busy Our place was spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.Nice golf course ,if I had more time I would golf there.

Tennis courts for private members only.Would have played tennis if it was available.

Beautiful scenery and cozy stay

I love the location! Just minutes away from red rock hikes as well as shopping locations. Great restaurants and coffee shops around too!

Wish there was breakfast included. But thankful for local coffee shops

I was very comfortable!

I loved the private balcony, the pools, the staff and the laundry room was a huge perk.

The price, added to the resort fees, ended up being a little more than I wanted to spend.

Wonderful, relaxing, and refreshing place for a getaway.

Location was very nice and the mountain views was great!

My only problem was there was no hand soap in the bathroom. My wife had some in overnight bag that we used . 🤔

Very safe, secluded, quiet and enjoyable.

The place was one of the most beautiful and well-kept places I've ever been to In My Life on vacation! Everybody was friendly! Jessica, nick, polar, susie, Christine and housekeeping, they were great. Miguel was the man. Also maintenance, Charles and Jake... I felt like I wanted to move here so I did:-)

I like that it's more like a suit that you have a fridge and little dining area. Makes it easier to bring food and even take home leftovers from dining out.

I was hoping that they would have upgraded a little since Hilton took over. It was the same as last year, no upgrades like even just adding tvs with streaming services would be nice.

OTHER THAN THE POOL ISSUE FOR THE FULL DURATION OF OUR 9 X DAY STAY A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY.

THE SWIMMING POOL WAS UNDER FULL RENOVATION SO WE HAD NO ACCESS TO OUR ALLOCATED POOL AREA. THIS RENOVATION SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED IN WINTER --- NOT MID SUMMER. IT WAS A REVAMP NOT A POOL WATER PROBLEM ?? THE OTHER POOL WAS OVER CROWDED, FULL OF KIDS AND A LONG WAY TO WALK IN 110 F + HEAT. POOR MANAGEMENT DECISION IN PEAK SEASON

This property is just a time share hustle. Felt huge preasure at check in and a bad and unwelcome attitude when I insisted on disinterested. Not a good start to our mini vacation.

Clean room with full kitchen.

View of the maintenance shed from balcony. Sheets were scratchy. Bedroom fan was off balance, had maintenance try to fix but they were unable to balance it out. Pools closed for maintenance. Crowded pool that was open. Rude, unhelpful young woman at reception.

Getting past a difficult check in, the stay was pleasant.

One-bedroom suite was spacious; location and cleanliness of barbecues was nice; golf couerse is exquisite; guest services staff was responsive.

Check in was excruciating! We were asked at least 12 times to attend a presentation - even when we refused. Our additional night added on Bookings wasn't in their system, a problem with "3rd party bookings." Finally, manager did upgrade us - but it was a tough check in. Dirty clothes found on the floor of the coat closet in our room.

Great value for money

Both the room and the location are humble but great for a family! the property is well maintained, the pools are ok, the location is GREAT, and it's so nice to have the golf just in front.

Laritza (Larisa) at check in was beyond unpleasant and unhelpful, we arrived a bit earlier and asked if there was a chance to get in the room, she said no in a such an aggressive way, we were 100%taken aback, not because she said no (we fully understand that) but because she was very curt and borderline aggressive. I would recommend you don't have her interacting with your guests, you can really tell she's not enjoying being in touch with us. I am overly polite to service people because I understand how unpleasant some people are, but this time I never wanted to talk to her any more. As a saving grace, at check out we had the most adorable lady bidding us goodbye.
