Location. Large clean room with great view. Quiet in room.

Badly signed inside casino. Check in desk really far back into property. Rideshare area almost impossible to find. Smoking areas in casino. Confusing charges which I had to get explained by staff member but they were extremely helpful.

The location is very centric and was close to our venue.

Abby the person who checked us in was very rude! The water was cold and had to shower in cold water. We have a few more trips to Vegas this year and I will absolutely not be staying at Harras again.

Zimmer groß und sauber Casino im guten Zustand

Unerträglich laut im Zimmer. Lüftungsanlage direkt unterhalb vom Fenster. Dröhnt die ganze Nacht durch. An erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zudecken. Unbedingt beim Check in darauf achten das Zimmer nicht in der Nähe der Lüftung ist.

Le Check in car on le fait soit même devant une borne mais surtout devant le personnel du comptoir Check in qui ne nous aide pas. L ascenseur était en panne et j ai du prendre celui de service. J ai payé les frais de séjour de l hôtel dont la piscine qui était fermé car période hiver c est une arnaque ces frais

Good location on the strip. Lots of choices for food.

Old and needs major remodeling. Confusing to get around due to construction. No coffee pots. no clock in your room. Carpet is dirty and tile is extremely slippery.

Housekeeping did not makeup the room on second day despite my request during check in for daily room make up service.

The staff was friendly and the whole environment of Harrahs was great. Great Restaurant and the vibe of Casino was fantastic.

The prices could have been cheaper but overall experience exceeded my expectations.

queen valley room was good amount of space

first day our carpet was wet. also the smell of smoke lingered. we moved rooms to a queen in valley tower - room was better, but no shower door means the bathroom floor got all wet. also the top of the curtains lets in too much light.

Great location, clean, nice vibe.

Paid for the optional "upgrade" to a strip view room, but ended up with a view of the side of a building. My brother-in-law, who checked in at the same time and chose the same "upgrade," got a much nicer room (with a view of the strip). I felt a bit cheated. Property bombarded me with e-mail solicitations before and during my stay.

It was close to airport but the traffic due to F1 was insane. I won't be back.

The hotel has kiosks to check in. Charged us $50 to go into room early. No people for customer service. Contactless. Pool was ice cold, 40 degrees, hot tub was broken. It was the last day for pool but they wouldn't let us use the daybeds or comfy lounge chairs. The lounge chairs we could use, not by the pools, were VERY uncomfortable; no pads at all.

Liked the convenient location right on the strip. Quiet room. View from my room right over to the Sphere! I got lost to find the parkeng garage; a friendly Helper in yellow vest and on a push bike guided me to the right garage. THANK YOU Angel on two wheels. (parking spaces are very confusing - signs would help).

We used the kiosk to check in which was super easy and convenient. The AC worked, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

We took a taxi from the airport and were dropped off at the "taxi zone" in the back of the hotel. The walk into the hotel was smelly, dirty and not welcoming at all. The room had no kettle or refrigerator. Two things I take for granted will be standard in ANY hotel room. On Friday night we tried to shower and had no hot water. Called the front desk only to be told “we'll send someone to check on it” at midnight. 10-15 minutes later I called back and was told they have a hot water problem. What??? So no shower after traveling all day. Then a worker knocked on our door 5 minutes later only to tell us they have no hot water. When we did get hot water, the shower has no door and the head sprays a mist that gets water everywhere, the floor gets soaked. We had to wait in line for almost an hour to get a cup of $15 Starbucks drip coffee on Saturday morning. Everything costs, nothing is "included" with you $500 room. Every chair by the pool, which were few, had a “reserved” tag on it.

Our room had a good view onto the Sphere. The beds were pretty comfortable.

-Harrah's provides Wifi. BUT only for 2 devices. For each device that you want to add, you have to pay 15.- extra. -The shower is designed stupidly. Seriously, who was that architect? Half of the water will wave you goodbye as it splashes over your head and out onto the stone floor, which gets very slippery. And the door to the bathroom is made out of milky glass that you can not lock. Also, you hear EVERYTHING in the bathroom. -Elevators. Don't get me started. We waited 5 minutes AT LEAST for every trip. Want to get a bottle opener? Plan 5 minutes of waiting time for the elevator. Want to check out? At least 15 if not 20 minutes wait for the elevator. It's horrible, to say the least.
