Todo muy mal. No había elevador. Sucio, subir escaleras 4 pisos. Muy mal todo nada más porque había pagado antes si no me voy

El hotel está en remodelación no está abierto al público, está cerrado y ustedes si se cobraron, queremos que nos reembolsen, nos dicen que ese hotel lleva varios meses sin estar abierto, no se porque sigue apareciendo en su plataforma
El hotel está en remodelación y se encuentra cerrado, no puede recibir huésped, pasamos mala noche buscando otra alternativa, lo preocupante es que si nos cobraron, queremos que sea devuelto el cobro, otra preocupación es que ustedes sigan ofreciendo el hospedaje sin estar en disponibilidad real

We were moved to three different rooms. The toilet wasn't working on the first room the key wasn't working on the second room. The floors throughout the whole hotel were very dirty.

Nada nos gustó, había cucarachas y no había agua caliente. La camas no estaban limpias y justo ahí nos topamos con un tecuan. No hay desayuno y el hotel en general está muy sucio, el elevador olía muy mal.

El servicio, la limpieza, no funcioaban las llaves, no funcionaba el elevador, no cuenta con sufieciente estacionamiento, no incluye desayuno, malos olores

The place is falling a part, no restaurante, no bar, elevator take you to a floor its nasty and clase to public.

The elevator is either haunted or it needs some major repairs. The hotel smelled dirty , room smelled dirty , Roaches. Carpet is disgusting. Restrooms in lobby are vile! This hotel needs a major revamp!

It is close to downtown at it is easy to access. Free parking garage. Beds are comfortable and TV has enough channels. B athroom was clean and well kept.
Elevator was acting weird. Carpet needs replacement. Besides that the rest of the stay was goof. I could stay again

the front desk was very rude and nasty. was requested to place a hold on my card for $25 but then charged $50. was told I had to check out by 1130 when booking.com said 12 when I did my reservation. I was not given a password for WiFi. had to bring all devices to front desk to connect there.

Rooms had roaches all on the walls and hot water never worked half the time. I had to take a cold shower at nights.

The entire place was nasty! Carpet stained everywhere. My room had not been cleaned. Stains on sheets, blood, mold, etc. Partying alot. The police raided at 3:15 in the morning!!!
