Exceptional

I liked everything. Spot on comfort inn

I didn't like and this is the only thing that nobody took it upon themselves to turn the AC on. It was 102 outside and my room was 75 and stuffy.

Staff was great but the hotel needs work. Lots of water damage to the ceilings on the top floor.

It was good for a quick stop in the morning.

The ceiling was damaged in both of the room I was sent to due to storm damage. My daughter did not want to stay because she was afraid the ceiling would fall in the middle of the night.

The room smelled like wet dog and there was a huge cock roach on the floor when we walked in.

Place was really great staff was awesome rooms were great overall a good weekend stay!!

The bad part not to much of a big deal the my rooms door did not have a security lock so the kids could open the door easily

Very good

I wanted a room with two queen beds. I got a room with a king-size bed, sofa bed, and jacuzzi suite. I traded it for a two queen bedroom but had to pay the price of the suite. We went to my sister's funeral. If that wasn't bad enough.

Disappointing

The staff was fun and very helpful.

The location is horrible for getting around to eat or work. Only one way in or out on a one way road near an intersection. Very load trucks like to drive by and floor the gas pedal so sleeping is an issue.

The attendants were respect and the facilities were great, I would stay here again if traveling!

It was in a great location, very easy to get where ever we needed to go!

We didn’t have any hot water in our room.

Superb

The jacuzzi tub in the room was awesome, and there was plenty of hot water. It was quiet and I don't think the noise we made didnt disturb anyone. It was amazing.

Don't have any complaints.

property was good Nader construction and walls are thin. we could hear the people upstairs walking around late at night and early in the morning. Also, construction crew in the mornings. We should have been told the hotel was being renovated. Too much money for those accommodations!

The breakfast meals were great spent time with relatives enjoying the breakfast Lots of diverse items on buffet

Didn’t like that the parking was inadequate due to renovations Some of my party had to park in the other hotels parking areas

too much money for a broken hotel

the bed was very comfortable

the elevator didn’t work had to walk stairs the entire time and the hot tub wouldn’t warm up and no one had answers to why.

Not the cleanest rooms, but gym was great.

Gym was clean and pillows and blankets were clean.

The floors wasn’t clean. Under the beds had a lot of garbage under it.

Typical hotel breakfast, nice room, nice staff

bed was too soft, top cover was too thick...made me very hot; hot tub was out of order; $180/ night + taxes was over $200...definitely NOT worth $200 Would not stay there again.

Loved the room and easy to book with this app. AND, there were no glitches when we got there to check in!

Access to be able to turn left to get back to the interstate wasn’t easy.
