A very good stay

The breakfast was awesome those cinnemon rolls were very good .

The parking garage was a little small not enough parking for everyone

Great for sleeping and location

Staff were so helpful and friendly! They were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was great as well. And the beds were soooo comfortable!!

The shower head needed to be replaced and the water was not very hot. The shower curtain also kept moving toward the middle, spraying the water outside the shower.

Not the best 2 night stay hotel 😑😑

Convenient location

My bed was broken, elevators had no A/c, the parking very limited for large hotel, and I could hear every so often running water through walls that awakened my sleep!

I stayed there four nights and enjoyed my stay.

very clean. Great staff. Breakfast was good also.

Not enough parking. They charge to park on the property and when you count the parking spots there’s not enough spots for one vehicle per room.

It was ok, not a great value price-wise.

It was clean

Paying for parking. There was someone smoking the day we arrived. Broken iron, weird shaped suite and we had a power outage in the bathroom/made getting ready a challenge. Oh and the spa was broken.

Clean, reasonable value, okay breakfast polite staff and good size rooms. not amazing, but nothing wrong that would stop me staying again.

Great location, eh facility

The location was perfect. We had to be at Cook’s Children’s at 8:30 and it was a 5 min drive. The facility is beautiful - until you get to the rooms. Breakfast was served; indoor pool was nice.

The room was so so. Mostly clean but found stuff under the bed and a cherry stem on the desk chair. The shower head was terrible and sprayed everywhere but at me. The shower curtain rod was loose on the wall so the curtain gathered in the middle - water everywhere! The elevator was super slow and got stuck at one point - it’s so far from the front desk, they didn’t even know :/

The location was great. The room was nice but the bed was extremely hard. My kids loved the pool and hot tub

IHG Express somewhat disappointing

The location made it easy to get around to the museums we wanted to visit. The bed was quite comfortable. The variety of foods offered for breakfast was exceptional.

They had difficulty finding our reservation. The walk-in shower was a cheap conversion from a bathtub enclosure and the water temperature was difficult to control. The handrail next to the toilet was pulling loose from the wall. The refrigerator was enclosed in a broken piece of furniture.

We will never stay here again!

The breakfast was decent.

There was blood on the sheets & hair on the pillowcase & the staff didn’t even apologize. They just handed us a new set of sheets that we had to put on ourselves. Also, the bed was super hard & the bathroom was tiny! overpriced for what we got!

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and they subbed it with one bed for four people to sleep in!

There was not a lot that was great about our trip. It didn't start off on a great note so it was very hard to redeem our stay.

We booked through booking.com and I have asked many times how to contact them to remedy this. We booked a room for our family of four that was suppose to have two queen beds. However, we were told that the confirmation wasn't sent over so all they had was a room with one bed, not even a couch or anything that we could make work. So some of us slept on the floor which as you can imagine just added insult to injury with our trip. We couldn't find a new hotel given the amount of people in town so our hands were kind of tied. They wouldn't refund or prorate it for NOT being what we had originally booked which infuriated me. There was only one elevator working and with the amount of people in town for the livestock show we were waiting a very long time to come up from the parking garage. If we didn't have so much to carry the stairs might have been an option. Overall it was an awful experience and they could have made it slightly better by fixing the amount we paid. I wasn't even asking for a full refund but a partial since we did not have two beds or enough area for all of us to sleep!

the location is on the same street from the Fort Worth Stock Show venue we were there for

when we arrived, only 1 of 2 elevators were operating. arrived at the room and the bathroom sink looked dirty but it was actually dried caulk covering the cracked porcelain sink. the very next day around 7:45am the other elevator goes down. now there were no operational elevators and the hotel has 6 floors and the basement garage. we are over 60 years old and had to use the stair to go to floor 5 where our room was. That was over 100+ stairs. the handrail for the stairs, on the very first floor was pulling away from the wall! Oh my goodness, even the laundry staff was using the stairs to haul towels up the stair!! They began on floor 1 and walked up to the fourth floor with all the towels on his shoulder!!!! and don’t get me started on the breakfast! while served hot, very underwhelming in flavor. Ugh! my other family member in another room had the same issues PLUS another situation.
