loved it for a night stay along the route

Loved the staff and breakfast. Booked queen suite originally but then was upgraded to connected queen and king which was better for a party of six to get one more bathroom

not that i planned for it but wasn't able to use outside pool as was pretty dark there

The sound insulation could have been better. We could hear the person in the next room snoring.

Would go there again!

The entire layout of the facility was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was what we've come to expect at Hampton Inns. The breakfast area was large and comfortable and we were not crammed in with other diners.

Parking was a bit sketchy; we were advised that there was a park nearby with its usual population of unhoused individuals and we would be advised to remove all luggage and valuables from our vehicle. We arrived late and the only on-site parking was at the very end of the facility with less than impressive lighting and security.

Great facility, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast but train noise at night

Located right off the highway but not too close which is perfect for a stop on a long drive

Train tracks nearby with loud whistles in the middle of the night, even with earplugs I was woken up 3 tines

Clean, Comfortable and Quite Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

We love it as the hotel is not in the downtown area which appears to have less traffic nearby - being able to enjoy a bit more quietness. Right across the street, there is a small strip mall and Starbucks are nearby as well. Though the hotel is near to I-5, it doesn't seem to be too noisy at all. Also love the breakfast choices - yummy! Thank you - kitchen staff! The room is clean and love the shower - so relaxed afterwards.

It was a bit pricey... They appeared to be pretty busy. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for front desk staff to return so they could help us to check in.

Not enough towels for 5 people is all.

It was good for a very short stay.

Loved 24/7 availability of drinks, hot and cold and evening cookies. Clean room, friendly staff, pool area

No hot tub, pool super busy (but maybe because we stayed on Saturday). Breakfast was meh. Hot items not good except oatmeal that I had with coffee.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff. We didn't eat breakfast this visit, but it's usually your standard l.

I booked a room that fit 5 (2 queens and a pull out/hide-a-bed). The gentleman called me to verify my stay earlier in the day and he said a queen bed. I said I had two queens, with a pull out. He said, oh yes. When I got there and got to my room, I got a standard 2 queen room, bo pull out. Thankfully my boys decided to stay home last minute, so I didn't need the extra bed, but ut was what I paid for. I didn't complain, or call the front desk, as the extra bed was no longer needed, but it should have been there. I have another stay booked here, and need the "sleep 5" option this time, so hopefully it's right. We shall see. :) I've stayed here often, and this happened one other time, but hopefully this doesn't continue to happen. It's usually a great hotel, with great staff, and very clean.

It was okay. Wasn't enough.

Well, they didn't have my reservation when I got there through Booking. com that was a bummer! Lost my room, got another, not as nice.
