Everything is nice, i love the space.

I stay there every other weekend, last time I stayed there was a screaming sound in the bathroom all night long, i kept asking what it was, they say it's the fire alarm. Upon checking out, i ask the front desk again about it, she told me it was the fire alarm. This stay same thing happen when I was first entering the room and I immediatly called front desk, they sent maintaince up and it was the toilet..... same sound, it was the dang toilet screaming all night and I wake up ar 4:30am for work.

Pleasant

The hotel is strategically located near the northern suburbs of Greater Houston. The staff were very helpful and always trying to make your day better.

The hotel has been without air conditioning in the hallways for a few months. In the Texas heat, that is unacceptable. It made cooling your room even harder.

It’s okay, but check your room.

It’s easily accessible and close to restaurants and shopping.

My room had a smooshed roach on the wall that was still alive. I told a member of housekeeping and it was still there the next day.

Really great stay

Everything plus the extra free complimentary drinks and popcorn. Very unexpected but very pleased.

Wished that the handicapped parking was more than 1 by the front entrance

We stayed in an exectuive king suite and loved it. Will stay here anytime we are in the area.

It was OK other than the heat that was very uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable.

The room was very warm. Even after turning the AC unit down, the room felt like there was a layer of heat that would not go away. Slept with no covers or sheets until about 6am, then it was just cool enough to use the sheets. Also, when booking, it said we would have a pull out bed/couch, but the room was small and had one king and the bathroom.

Marriott lost me over this place

Nothing wanted a suite got a studio never have I stayed at a Marriott and couldn't have my dog in fact Marriott just lost my business over that will be looking elsewhere for now on when I want a suite I want a suite nit a studio also my dog goes everywhere with me

This is easy access off of I-45 in Conroe. Close to The Woodlands.

Clean, convenient location.

I was there for a very quick trip, so nothing to report that I didn’t like.

Lovely front desk staff, great breakfast, huge bathroom, quiet location

Very easy to get in and out of hotel parking lot despite it being behind another hotel. Since it is set back from the road, the room was very quiet! Breakfast was varied and thoughtful - I've never had a hotel breakfast offer a breakfast taco option. We were each able to get a great breakfast (taco, yogurt, egg muffin, bagel, fruit, coffee, juice) and take everything to the car since we were running late.

Superb

Great breakfast with lots of choices! Room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Located close to the event we were at. The room was a fully handicap accessible room which was as reserved, which has not always been what we got when booking online.

We weren't able to check in when we arrived, there was a problem with the way the reservation was formatted. Then once we could check in, there was a gas leak nearby that made the hotel not have hot water.
