Sufficient for a good night's rest.

Staff friendly and professional Very welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast would be sufficient for a quick meal.

A slight oder in the room probably from the carpet.

Room smelled musky, was too small to get luggage cart into room, tiny shower soap, beds were hard as cement with wooden borders around the, causing me to bump my shins

Except for the elevator, a generally good stay. When I

Room was clean and well kept. It was a hot time, and the A.C. worked well. All in all, very comfortable.

The only elevator on the property stopped working at the end of the day, and of course, didn’t work for the rest of my stay. And stairs were half the length of the hotel away from the elevator.

Great staff less than perfect facilities

Staff was very nice and worked with us to make us comfortable. We had a bad ac in our room and they moved us to another with working ac.

Showing age and bad mechanical condition. Bad ac and shower head kept dropping down and was tough to use.

Exceptional

The included breakfast was very nice, specially for the price. Also, the people there were very nice, even while I arrived before dawn, and needed a bit of help with the language. Also, they store my luggage after I checked out for a few hours, so that I could visit the city without carrying them around. For the price, it was super nice

Don't stay here, the rating on booking.com is misleading.

Location is good, and was convenient for what we needed. The staff were friendly but not very efficient.

The room I was put into had evidence of bedbug activity, in the mattress. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk the phone had no cords and was not hooked up. They did move me to another room, The second room smelled like an old tennis shoe. The sheets appeared to be dirty. But bed bug free so I put up with it.

Felt unsafe inside the property. Small pool area just outside front desk, visible while checking in. Crowd of Foreign men take over the pool area, the women they are with all stay inside, I absolutely felt I wouldn’t be safe going to the pool. Room looked like it had been cleaned but strong smell of body odor in the room, even after spraying air freshener. Here’s where it gets worse. I was charged for another stay , do not stay here. Manager never returned my calls or responded to email. I was told by woman at front desk there was nothing they could do!

The WORST ever!!!

They didn’t check me in at 5.30 am and they didn’t even take care of us in the lobby, made us wait for so long and told me to get my money back from booking!!

location, nice room, price ok, Check out clerk was friendly, courteous and great customer service

The check in Clerk was rude, not friendly and had poor Customer service. Dirty towel with lipstick on it, hanging in bathroom. Heater wasn’t working properly.

Never again

The location was by a family member’s house so it was an easy commute

I didn’t like the lady Sue that work that morning shift to be exact. My self and a couple of family members drove to remember and pay respects to a family member that passed away bday this past weekend. We walked in and wasn’t greeted she was rude and snatched my I.d off the table as she hated her job. The first thing she said was “If you smoke marijuana or vape the police would be called and they would bring the dogs. (There was already a big sign that said “NO VAPING NO CIGARETTES NO MARIJUANA”) Like First of all none of us even smoke weed and for two we were African American. We were racially profiled and was treated horrible. The “CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST” was a complete joke food was terrible and everything was cold. I would highly recommend if your BLACK DONT EVER GO THERE.. I’m taking this to corporate and if that don’t work I’m going to higher up

Poor

location felt safe.

The fire alarm went off twice while we were there and nothing happened. no apologies, no explanation, nothing. you can hear anything ever everything anyone does in the rooms around you. I also lost my wedding rings and when I notified them they literally did not care. All I got was and “Oh, here is your deposit back” after I had to ask about it because she “forgot” we won’t be back.

Just an all-around good experience, even friendly people in the breakfast area.

Friendly quiet place. Nice breakfast area with convenient egg and sausage sandwiches. Bathroom with easy to use shower. Comfortable beds with large TV. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just a little larger sink area in the bathroom would've been nice, but really no biggie.

Some weird work done in the bathrooms. Nice size rooms and overall clean.

Room was nice size, clean.

Check in was a disaster. We stood at the counter for what seemed like forever. They finally gave up and just gave us room keys and sent us away. Front desk person was pretty grumpy always complaining for everyone to hear. The next morning she was still there cleaning the breakfast area and answering the phone so that tells me something. I needed a cup for water in my room and the only one I could find was a plastic one with no wrapping on it. Was it clean or not? Bathroom was huge but strange. Shower head was shoulder high and I am not tall. You had to take it off the holder to wash your hair or bend way over. No place to put bathroom accessories around the sink as there was counter. You had to put things on a handicap chair in the corner.

Great Motel Highly Reccomended with friendly staff and very comfortable

It is a great motel,very clean and very friendly staff, the beds are very comfortable and they have a good variety of items for their continental breakfast.. I like that it is only a few blocks from the University Medical Center , Stores and restaurants are very close by... I reccomend staying here it is a great motel.. will be staying there again realy soon
