Passable

Left booking site open even though ghat didn’t have power. When arrived at facility front desk worker confined private phone conversation as if i wasn’t there. Left immediately did not check in/stay

They just want a quick buck they don’t care about customers very dirty fithy

I had to sleep in a bed that smelled like filthy wet dog they never suggested that I could switch rooms I told them the same day and there’s no way to reach manager you have to email them and how t o reach them. She said no refund.

I did not like it!

The first room someone left 💩 poop on the bathroom floor. It’s was stuff on the floor when you first walked in. The sheets was hanging on the floor. The second room the TV didn’t work. The window didn’t close. Didn’t even get to look in that room. The one I slept in I thought was far for the money until I woke up and seen two 🪳 roaches in the bathroom. They still haven’t gave me my deposit back.

Not clean nor safe or suitable for human use.

Nothing at all, a nightmare.

Room not clean, fridge not clean, noisy next door guests with kids laming the doors.TV didn’t work appropriately. Staff Ok but wanted a deposit for a room that is already damaged or not working as it suppose too. Lack of lighting, lack of electrical outlets to plug phone, Ipad…etc. Very shady looking tenants. It is not a safe place especially for women I would not recommend. This hotel is under renovation and should not be renting out rooms that are not ready.

It was just OK

it was very close to the airport

The add advertised free parking and shuttle to the airport but that was misleading; the free parking was only for the time you were staying there; I was charged per day for parking during my trip; misleading advertisement.

My teeny tiny room with a great staff

I love the staff I didn't get her name but the girl with the butterfly glasses I absolutely loved her and everybody else was very nice.

Room was way too small. Get rid of those huge bulky desk in that huge entertainment center there's no reason for none of that you can get way smaller ones. If it just has like a foot more of room it would have been perfect. I would have stayed the rest of my stay there which I extended two more days somewhere else with a bigger room. Not a good room for a family even of three. The tub wouldn't drain so I couldn't give my son a bath. The toilet kept getting stopped up. There was no phone. There was only one lamp in the room. No trash can. I would have definitely given a lower rating if it wasn't for the front desk clerks they definitely made the stay a lot easier and nicer

Mostly pleasant. Would have appreciated laundry facilities.

Two women who checked us in were excellent. The daytime desk clerk smoked while standing at the front door of the hotel, nowhere near the posted smoking area.

Chipped and missing drywall, bathtub had long black hair in it along with major surface damage. No wastebasket in room until I walked down to front desk and requested one.

I wouldn't waste my time or my money at this disgusting place.

The location was okay. There are lots of restaurants near by.

The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. The hotel is dirty and has an unpleasant smell. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. The bathroom sink and toilet was backed up. The shower wasn't properly cleaned.

I like the area!

The rooms were very small, the pictures are an accurate the rooms look way bigger in the pictures, not very clean at all, and the workers are very and professional!

disappointed on what condition the hotel was in

location good close to airport

phone could of worked.. tv could of worked.. refrigerator could of worked (door didn't stay closed). drawers on desk would not stay closed. Carpet dirty

Exceptional

Enjoyed each and every bit.Cool environment and friendly staff.Would recommend it to friends.

Getting food was a challenge They should incorporate catering services if possible.

Not as advertised

Bed was good . Shower was good . Towel was tiny , like the size of a bathmat. Toilet role holder was broken , no plug in basin .window winder was broken ,air con was very noisy . Worst of all the wifi didn’t work in the room ,only in the lobby are.

Stephanie at the front desk was awesome and very tentative

Had a lot issues with the room when moved to another room that I had issues with his well to be put elsewhere before settling in for the night

It did what it was meant to do, be a place to sleep for the night.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and diligent. Close to the airport and offered free transportation to the airport.

The window of the room wouldn't close completely, it was stuck. The door handle of the bathroom was really loose.
