Très décevant vu le prix!

Très longue attente à l’arrivée. Pas d’accès facile avec les bagages au niveau du parking. 1er jour malgré 3 appels la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée. Des taxes et surtaxes dont on ne comprend pas tellement la signification sur la facture avec un rapport très mauvais qualité/prix. Couloirs très bruyants le matin. Mal insonorisé

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel an einer Top-Lage

Die Lage des Hotel ist super, man kann sehr gut zu Fuß viel erreichen. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und hatte alles drin, was man bei einem Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Mein einziger Kritik ist, dass es beim Frühstück keine Käse gab.

Very comfortable, great location, very nice food with healthy options. Staff in restaurants very friendly

Rude receptionist on arrival insisted they didn’t have our booking and made no effort to help. We had to ring Booking.com ourselves who rang the hotel and sorted out for us. We requested a room with bath but no mention was made at check in and we were too tired to go back down to reception. We had paid for a room with breakfast included but reception added the we cost to our final bill. There was no apology and we had to wait ages for them to correct the bill

My stay was refreshing and enjoyable 😁.

Love the view as it faced the Ocean. The location of the room was excellent gave me a beautiful view of the surroundings. Next time I must get the room with a balcony as I love to enjoy the sun as it set over the ocean.

Evening was great, nothing I didn't like.

I loved the pool area. Very clean and inviting.

The food in the restaurant was not good. I ordered chicken wings and they were not good at all.

Poor service and low quality room.

Staffs are irresponsible, ordered ketchup waited for 3 hours did not delivered, no compensation whatsoever. Walls are so that I could hear the neighbors’ kids screaming and running.

- Ubicación - Instalaciones - baño bonito y muy iluminado - Staff de seguridad y mantenimiento muy amable, mi habitación se le acabó la pila a la chapa y la chica de seguridad que fue a checar porqué no podía entrar a mi cuarto, súper amable y después de verificar que yo era el titular del cuarto, en dos minutos ya estaba el personal de mantenimiento cambiando la pila de la chapa disculpándose ampliamente por la molestia causada

- El personal del lobby no habla español o no quiere hablarlo, eso es incómodo para los que no sabemos mucho inglés y tenemos dudas específicas.

Very relaxing.

The hotel restaurant was amazing. Great food and drinks.

The beds were not that good. Of course it’s not the bed from home but my back did not like the spring mattresses. It was good for a night though.

Too expensive for the use of Internet

The comfort and the location is very good.

I was charged twice for the reservation. I explained to the person that the credit card already registered the payment and She insisted to do it all over again. The charge of Internet is too expensive

Very comfortable, excellent location and when looking for bike rental- it is on the left side of the hotel

Staff unaware that bike rental location has moved to a different location - asked 3 different people and got incorrect information each time. If you are looking for a bike rental- it is not behind Pool, next to the pool, nor outside the pool area - it is on the left side of the hotel, next to the loading zone!

The bed was not comfortable, and the room was not what I booked for my money . It was like they ran out of rooms that I booked.

The hotel location and amenities were over and above our expectations.

The bonus cash for the snack bar and restaurants was an added surprise. It really made a difference on expenses during our stay.

There was a mix up with my card at first but I was able to resolve it quickly.

It was a great quick getaway from Los Angeles.

Staff was very friendly. Pool amenities were great. Rooms were clean and the food was great.

The surrounding location has gotten worse with homeless people. Walking to nearby restaurants we had to have our children close their eyes. Some of the rooms are too close to A/C units so you can hear them.

A new favorite place to stay!

This location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants, the city and there are different ways of transportation as well, we used the ferry, Lyft, bikes, and bus. The amenities such as the pool, gym, restaurants and activities such as kayak and bike rental
