The facilities were great, the bedroom was big and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was tremendous. Gave us water to drink. Repaired a light that wasn't working. Breakfast was delicious & ample, with plenty of variety.
Since you don't offer room services, an additional towel rack would be wonderful so two towels can dry completely. Tea options weren't good.

the customer service with check in was great! the quietness, cleanliness everything was great! I appreciate how comfortable my family and I was.
the Breakfast was my only issue. The orange juice and apple juice was very bland and tasteless. I ended up just eating the fruit, adding topping to my yogurt and drinking water.

The breakfast was very good considering it was free. I like the space of the suite. And I like the location.
I did not like the fact that I booked a double room with 2 double beds to find out when I arrived they had given that room to someone else and I had To settle for a king room. What is the purpose of booking what you want if you do not get it when you arrive? Also they were out of Apple juice during breakfast and never replaced it.

Location was perfect and very quiet. The hotel is away from the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful.

even after prebooking a double queen bed room we were told during check in that all are occupied.
staff were unapologetic and did not voluntarily move us to the room of our choice. We had to request for it after spending an uncomfortable night on a single bed with a family of four.
complimentary breakfast included the same items daily consecutively for four days.

The toilet got backed up and we couldn’t get maintenance so we had to move to another room

Very nice staff, in a great location for the Amphitheater and nearby mall. Clean and Comfortable.
Would like to rate higher but the elevator was small and “dirty” (like beat up and in need of overhaul); and although there was breakfast offered, it was underwhelming with cold sausage and watery eggs. The negative of the location is the proximity to GA 400 and the main road—which if you’re a light sleeper, WILL keep you awake.

The fact that they took my money out (pending) and then put my money back in my account and then took it back out and it gave me a false balance for a couple of days.
