Since my last stay the hotel has gone thru some renovations and appeared Fresh and bright. The hotel and rooms were showing wear and tear and The renovations appear to have taken care of those issues.

I would like the hotel to be dog friendly. We are getting a new dog and will not Be able to stay at this hotel anymore because Of there pet policy.

I like the room it's a king suite, I like the vanity in the bathroom. I also like the sitting area and the two tv's.

There is some rust on the bathroom shower metal bar where the shower curtain hangs on. There is great tips online to get rid of rust issues and some build up in the shower head. The wall by the bathtub at the bottom needs to be fixed at the baseboards. Those are little issues but people notice these things and make big issues out of it.

Breakfast was second class at best. No where compared to Hilton standards.

The pull out bed was a single was listed as twin. We had Late check inn due to travel. Basically we paid 400 for little over 24 hour stay. Was just disappointed as compared to what we normally receive.

The staff was great Kayla did an awesome job

The bed was very comfortable

No shampoo no conditioner no cups in room all blamed on COVID of course should be told before booking room

They could nit find my reservation so the gentleman at front desk. I was told that I was not charged charged for online reservation but after loony g at credit card statement I have been charged twice.
