Staff was very responsive to my complaints.Housekeepers excellent

Great breakfast. I stayed there 2 months ago and many of the things I complained about were remedied. Ie: parking area lights were fixed, and I wasn’t hassled about parking while I put my luggage in room.

Musty moldy smell in room. I had housekeepers/ maintenance clean filter and grates which helped somewhat , but still created odor. Same problem last visit. Air ducts need cleaning. I’m very allergic to mold

Excelente estadia

Café da manhã bem variado,funcionários excelentes, praia próximo, piscina boa. Eu falo pouco inglês, mas os funcionários me entenderam e usamos o Google tradutor sem problemas.

Única coisa que gostaria de reclamar, é que o Booking já havia me cobrado, cheguei lá e o rapaz disse que iria passar meu cartão só para confirmação, daí cobrou de novo, já fui embora do hotel 2 dias e estou esperando meu reembolso . Peguei o quarto para 3 pessoas pois minha filha ficaria lá 1 dia conosco, quando entrei no quarto tinha uma cama King, o bom foi que cabia ela com a gente, e não me atentei quando reservei que estava escrito Cama King, deu tudo certo,mas só para que prestem atenção na hora da reserva

The two biggest pluses.....your staff was sincerely friendly and helpful, and Breakfast was more than expected. The entire experience was excellent.

The weather could have been a bit warmer....lol

I would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was great

There was a waterbug in the room but i took care of it. That would not be a reason to not go back there. Everything else was excellent.

Trocamos de quarto três vezes devido a vazamento dentro do quarto, camas pequenas , colchões e roupas de cama ruins, localização ruim, atendentes sem simpatia. Não recomendo !

Clean, comfy and with great staff

Breakfast was included which was good. The room was comfy and clean. I was hoping to use the pool and gym but ended up being too busy on my short trip. Good free parking and close to main routes. Staff were great.

It was as expected for the price. Would have been nice to have restaurant and / or bar but you could buy drinks and snacks and restaurants were pretty close.

Exceptional

breakfast was very good. the host who continues to keep things punished was very good. very friendly. extremely good worker. definitely a keeper.

We had a king size room. the bed/mattress needs to be replaced very uncomfortable

They said they are still on Covid rules after 2 years of Covid!

The rooms were not clean, when I asked the receptionist about why they didn’t clean, she said they are still following Covid rules, so the room will be cleaned every other day! I was like the Covid was 2 years ago!!!!

Nice and comfortable

Excellent breakfast and customer service. When asking for help with a situation I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and great hospitality. I recommend this place to my relatives and close friends

Good choice for a Hurricane escape, not a luxury vacation.

It was a work leisure trip, it was comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up for our needs.

The room, pool, lobby, everything was great!

The only complaint my husband had was, we had to leave a $250 deposit.

AMAZING HOTEL!! Breakfast was Excellent. Staff was impressive/ Awesome/ friendly/ welcoming/ great work ethics. Staff Seemed to enjoy their job. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Shampoo/conditioner soap better than most hotels. Cannot say enough. Didn’t check reviews before- glad I didn’t because I wouldn’t have picked this hotel because bad reviews. This hotel was TOP NOTCH aim my book. I will be back and soon…

The area where people smoke out front. It stinks to walk past them. It looks bad when pulling in as a first impression. The gym- didn’t have and cleaning/sanitizing wipes for the machines before and after use.
