Location
Was too loud in the hallway. Also, a big bang happened in the wall like every hour. The desk staff told us the Continental breakfast was until 10:30am, we went down at 10:00 and it actually ended at 10:00am. Also over priced for 1 night. $220

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was a nice spread and the eating area was kept very clean as well.

Close to the casino but not too close.
I found wrappers from granola bars and snacks all over the floor behind the door to the room, there was no easy way to get ice. Third floor was the only ice machine working.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind. We ended up checking in a bit late and he was nice enough to open the gym for me so that I could fit in a quick run after at the end of my day, which I greatly appreciated.
The neighbors in the next room over were loud. I travel with ear plugs, so I slept fine. However, my son did not sleep so well.

Everything was good but pillows werent as comfortable as thought, and pool was beyond freezing.
The pool was FREEZING! Way to cold for my kids. Never been to a hotel with a pool that cold.

Staff was friendly. It was clean
water all over the bathroom floor after shower ( designed poorly). Bed was uncomfortable. I could not sleep.

The breakfast was good and the location was great! One of the front office persons was kind enough to upgrade 1
I spoke with someone over the phone about the pool and she told me that the pool was closed for maintenance but, it would be open by Friday. When we arrived on Saturday the pool was still closed and it hadn't been looked at because they were short-staffed. We had to reserve a room at the Comfort Inn and Suites so that the children could go swimming after the graduation, which meant that a couple of guests were at a different location from the rest of us. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived and one of my rooms didn't show up, even though I had the confirmation number. I hope that I wasn't charged for that room.....

I did not have the breakfast, but I did enjoy the coffee. Nice and close to campus.

Close to the casino where we went for a concert.
Long waits at front desk due to a staff member not being right there. Floors is room were not clean at all, bottom of my white socks were brown and covered in hair that was not mine or my friends.

Felt like i was price gouged for 1 night as the hotel was not full. The breakfast was weak. They didn't have eggs for 3 days.
