Disappointed. I know this obviously is not a double tree, but they lacked in the bare necessities for a decent nights stay. Upon arrival the sheets on the bed were stained in multiple places, the floors were not clean(sand was on the floor and we didn’t even go to the beach yet.) The towels were stained/ we did not have a full set of towels upon Check in. We requested more towels at the desk and was told they do not have anymore towels.. eventually Housekeeping came to our room to replace the towels and change the bedding. The results were the same- very stained / misc hand towels? There was construction happening , there was scrap pieces of wood materials on the lobby’s pool entrance(honestly didn’t even look safe to walk on/ over). Only one elevator worked and it was chaos. One ice machine located on the 3rd floor, on the other wing of the hotel (we were on the west wing/3rd floor, and had to take 2 different elevators just to get ice.) The shower was dirty/ had hair left in places. The toilet seat would slip if sat on.(BRIEFLY) I didn’t pay too much attention before hand, but parking IS NOT INCLUDED $10/per night AND is across the street. The deck was dirty and smelled like urine. The outside of the pool looked super dirty, needless to say, no one got into the pool while we were there. The showers by the pool direct “not to wash sand off ” of course there was sand in there, because the shower for beach sand did not work. (Luckily carried a bottle of water). I didn’t dare touch the furniture as it’s sooo stained and gross. Over all, it was rough. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was pretty bad. I honestly feel like the Days Inn across the street would have been better! Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

We were visiting the beach for the first time with my family that booked it and it was horrible the first impression we got from the hotel. Construction everywhere they should have let her know weather to book or not.

Not satisfied , Very uncomfortable stay.

I didn’t like how we weren’t told before booking that the property is under construction there is dust everywhere the pool was closed the elevators weren’t properly working . It smelled like paint in the hallway and Lysol from cleaning the floors I think in general chemicals aren’t good for my kids to smell and we should be aware that way we decide weather to book or not

I’d probably choose somewhere else next time.

The toilet seat was missing. Then when he came and put one on it was half way attached. Hallways were disgusting. Only had one rag. Not really what I was expecting on the ocean front.

A fair stay for the price due to be under construction

Amazing view, night shift lady really sweet also Breakfast lady

Facility Was under construction, the morning front Desk was very rude, couldn't answer a simple question just by being on her phone

i would NOT recommend this place until renos are complete.

the breakfast room was nice and welcoming

this place should be closed during renovations. It is very dirty throughout, with overturned furniture all over, dirty elevator, etc.

The bathroom mirror was cute.

I wanted to see the ocean from my room, was the whole purpose of booking. I couldn’t see it because of the construction, couldn’t use the balcony door because construction. The bed was a little hard and the covers had holes and small stains on them. Our curtain was broken and one of the lamps almost shocked me when I turned it on

Don’t stay in this unsafe, dirty, and horrible construction site!

It’s on the boardwalk. The blond lady serving the breakfast and the breakfast itself were the highlights.

It was under construction and absolutely horrendous conditions. The lobby, elevator and hallway conditions were deplorable. Floors coming up, holes in ceilings, stains on carpets and ceilings, rain water coming in through hallway windows… Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!

Mother's mini vacation

The location the view of the ocean. For the price it was a good deal it's sad the hotel could be so much more

The room was not up to par the remodel the hotel but it was still dirty a lot of broken curtains broken things in the room the shower area was not well kept the room was not very clean

Terrible stay and not recommended

Nothing it was all bad

We wanted our money back . AC were not working we were with 7 mint old and inside was like 90 degrees. We were stuck in elevator. We would like to get our money back it was not a good experience.

Someone broke my car window and other people's car windows at parking garage. The staff was super rude and not professional at all. Also the refrigerator in my room was broken so I had water all over the floor, when I talk to the lady at the front desk she told me to MOP the floor with a towel and to wait for the refrigerators ice to melt and dry the floor myself. I went for a family vacation not to mop hotel rooms and fix refrigerators 😕 The only thing I like is the view , breakfast it's not too bad but not what I was expecting . ⛔️No they don't take responsibility for broken windows, lost, or stolen items even though parking its paid separate from room reservations

It makes harder to relax on vacation time with all the inconvenience that I have this time.

The pool

The bathroom sink was clogged The balcony door lock was not working The air conditioner unit was licking at the balcony all the time The removed dirty towel but they never replace them When I make the reservation I choose pool view room but when I got to the hotel they give ocean front after requesting to get move to pool view they did it but telling that I made the reservation for ocean front but it wasn’t They have too many adult drinking using the same pool with kids There were people smoking from their balcony and also around the pool Elevator was not working I got stocked like 3 times and I ended it using stairs The whole room floor was dirty not been mopped

The room with the balcony facing the pool/beach was great!!

The woman at check in. She was super nice to the couple in line in front of us who seem to speak her native language however when it was our turn to check in she immediately gave me a disgusted look and was very rude thru the entire check in process. I'm not sure what I did to affect her that way other than just coming off an all-day ride in the car and ready to relax. It definitely will make me think twice next time I've over that way traveling. One other thing - the doors that say 'to remain open during business hours' should not be locked all day.

The breakfast was good and the bar seemed like a good time even though we didn’t go to it.

How close the hotel was to the beach and the breakfast was ok.

Our room wasn’t clean upon check in. The bedding wasn’t clean AT ALL. There was make up still on the blankets. We asked a house keeper about getting new bedding twice and no one ever came back. There was hair all over the bathroom. You could tell the room wasn’t clean before we checked in so we had to clean it ourselves.

Besides the problem with my room the breakfast area is really nice and clean a person ( Debbie) she’s keeping the place

It’s convenient closed to the restaurant

The parking garage was separated aways from the hotel’s and the house keepers didn’t stock up the towels, bars of soap and the trash bags so in organized I had to called down three times to get the towels but no bars soap and no a trash bag put in a trash can in the bathroom and no lid for the ice bucket

Awful..

Did not eat breakfast, they only offered coffee..

Microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator did not work… Balcony door would not open, had to pay for parking, they allowed the public to use the pool and access to hotels without a security card, lobby was dirty, staff was not helpful at the desk

The room was clean but the rooms smelled bad and the hallways and elevators was so hot and stinky you couldn’t stand it

Meh just meh won’t stay again

The location. And beds were comfortable

The property is loud. Once in your room walls are paper thin and you hear every little thing in the hallway. Also the parking is a huge issue. Paid to park in the deck within the hotel for 10$ per car and then they “run out of spaces” when there’s only maybe 50 spots for the whole hotel. So had to pay 40 dollars for two days to park in an overnight deck. Also the property took my id at check in and I had my two young kids with me and didn’t realize they never gave it back— called and they claim it’s not there. The staff was not at pleasant as I would have expected.

A little dated but a good place to stay.

Great location and quiet at night.

Rooms and overall hotel need a little updating but it is a beach hotel so all you need is a place to sleep at night the rest of the time you are out and about doing stuff with the family.
