Clean, friendly, and spacious place to stay for a cheap price!

This location was a great location to stay at. The rooms were super clean, no lingering smoke smells at all, spacious king size bed for two people, plenty of towels and washcloths. Staff was super friendly. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Pets stay for free (but can not be left alone)!

The only thing that I would have liked to see is a vending machine for late night snacks and drinks. There was also no fridge/microwave in our room, but it was not needed for our stay.

Good with exception to shower and bedcover.

There wasn't any breakfast. But the checkin host was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and updated

The bed didn't have a mattress pad, just a sheet and the cover underneath was gross. Stains. Yes I look under sheets to make sure no bugs. The shower/tub didn't work right. Pull the button to shower and it barely trickled, most still poured out the faucet no matter what I tried.

it’s was easy to get to from the interstate and rooms showed no signs of bedbugs. room had working indoor plumbing and I was protected from the outside elements. I don’t think you can rent a room by the hour…but it is that caliber of place. If it seems like I’m searching for nice things to say, it’s because I am. These is the only positives I can come up with. Oh, it is the perfect place for you to recommend to a cheating ex wife.

It is in industrial area of town and only available food nearby was a sketchy food-truck parked at a gas station, and a dive bar, and I mean DIVE bar!!! Walls and floors way too thin. Can hear EVERYTHING going on in nearby rooms. parking lot has potholes that will swallow up smaller cars. Heater didn’t work. I’m not a germaphobe, but the TV remote was so gross I had to wipe it down before using it. I was here for 2 day business trip and checked out after first night to stay at a MOTEL!

Pleasant

Location is great for visiting UD. Front staff was very friendly. looks like the rooms were updated recently. Beds were comfortable.

Bathrooms need some attention. Showers were not the best~ hardly a trickle of water came out. Ice machines were empty. Bring your own pillows!

Pets stay free! Love co-manager sisters Bridget and Theresa. They remember details about us since we are regular guests there.

When asked to have bed linen changed , fresh towels , and more toilet paper it didn’t happen , had to go to office numerous times with request. general manager was working front desk and stated would credit me back one day of our stay and I did not get that refund.

Clean friendly conveniently near West Carrollton

hot coffee at front desk and a clean microwave available in the lobby. grateful for a ground floor room. the manager Bridget liked my 2 dogs and remembered their names. She had a good rapport with her staff

next time we will get the superior room so that we have our own microwave.

The linens were clean and felt new and the bed was comfortable. The room served the purpose.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. You can park right at your room door and the location is close to UD. I was moving my daughter in.

It was just a little rough around the edges for what I’m used to. The tub shower squealed and sprayed water, there was a pick up truck party in the parking lot and I couldn’t find NBC on the tv.

The stay was okay. Will I stay again, not sure.

The room itself was not too bad. It seemed to be clean. Our first room we had, the air conditioner was not working. However, we did get a new room to go to.

The location was pretty rough. The back parking lot was very bad. There was a lot of traffic (people) going on all night long.

the room looked updated

there was a red spot looked like blood on the bed sheet and when we went to tell the staff the one black gentleman working the front desk was too busy looking at his cell phone and never paid attention to us until we knocked on the desk and all he did was give us new bed sheets and we had to change them ourselves. never apologized or nothing and I still had to pay the full price they didn’t even ask about a discount or anything I was very unhappy. I will never go back to that hotel neither will any of my family and friends!!
