The room they gave me smells so bad the guy that rains the front Dess gave me some air freshener I left and came back two hours later in the room smell the same way like old water mold or something I would never ever go back here it’s nasty get all drugs marijuana smelling

The first clerk started to get upset with me about the payment. I called booking.com & it turns out the clerk didn't know what he was doing. ( A big Thank You to Jacob G. in figuring out what happened to my payment, correcting everything & educating the clerk!! ) So cancelled that & went to cool down. Came back later to get a room. Different clerk and she wanted to argue with me about the price!! I show her the booking.com price and she said the extra was for the tax. It took me a minute to find the exact break down of the pricing. When I did, I showed her & that's when she finally stopped trying to steal from me & accept/honor the agreed upon price! The room was clean. Close to I-75, & the train tracks. The phone in my room didn't work, (the line was cut). Overall descent value for the money as long as they honor the price & don't try ripping you off for more money!! Definitely need to work on their interpersonal communication skills!! Or have good health insurance!!
