Except for items mentioned previously we have used you establishment when we come there.

We love the bed but needed more pillows. Room was spacious continental breakfast was ok but needed an attendant because we had to help ourselves to the refrigerator to supply us with milk and orange juice was like water.

More pillows and large towels were not provided due to cleaning not completed. We did brought our own but shouldn't have to use then for shower use.

I slept well, that's about it

Clean bed, close to where I was visiting friends. I had lost an earring down the bathroom sink drain, there was no plug. The guy who cleaned rooms did take off the elbow off the drain and found my earring that was a major plus!!!

Friendly clerks. No breakfast at all, advertised they did!!! Pool was drained, claimed to have a pool! Asked that no one come in my room, they did!

I was charged for a room I never had a chance to stay in.

I was not made aware of the $150 damage deposit that I was surprised with after paying for my stay in full online and there was no mention of the deposit when I booked my room and paid for my stay online. I didn’t even stay at the hotel because I didn’t have the correct card to hold the $150 dollars after being told about it. I was charged for a stay with out being able to get a refund because I could not provide a major credit card for a hold I wasn’t aware of before arriving. Now I’m out of my money and still had to find another hotel to stay at almost 10:30pm at night.

Dirty, old, drab room. No maid service. Depressing stay.

Desk clerks were pleasant.

The room was dirty. Refrigerator didn't ever get cold. Old furniture and fixtures. No blankets. Dirty bathroom with only 2 towels a day but must turn in towels to get fresh towels. No hair dryer. No soap. Drab old paint and low ceiling. No elevator. Moved to another hotel.

Top 3 worst stays ever

There is absolutely NOTHING to like at this hotel.

Idk, where do I start? The broken toilet seat? The poop on the broken toilet seat? My room had NO toilet paper or towels but I was afforded a chip of used soap left in the shower. The shower was filthy and the room stunk. The staff couldn't be any less accommodating and the guests seem to be more of a "problem" to them than their bread and butter. They charge 100 dollar deposit and have a sign at the reception desk listing inflated prices for each item they claim is in your room only there is NOTHING in the rooms. They also tell you theu will release your deposit as soon as you check out but it is Thursday and I checked out Sunday while they still hold my deposit. This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and it shouldn't even be in business.

Disappointing

Close to base.

The room was nasty, smelled like mold. The bathroom tub had paint pealing in the actual tub part. The sheets looked used ,very wrinkled. The room was very warm and the hallway had no air conditioning. The pool area was cracked around the pool didn't look safe. The breakfast which I checked in advance was not offered despite being told it was. Also the surprise $150 deposit we weren't told about in advance that took 10 days to get back. Also had to replace the battery in the remote ourselves after asking for new ones and the ones they gave us was also bad.

The price was reflective of the room.

No chair, just 2 beds, and a dresser and TV. Nothing else, not even shampoo. Towels were stained. The bed was terrible!! Felt like we were in L.A. on skid row. yuk

Definitely won't be staying at any Rodeway hotels again.

Leaky toilet was sealed around the base with caulk, instead of actually fixing the leak and replacing the wax seal. I was unable to get a key for my room. Apparently the card reader was broken. I was told to "leave the chain in the door if you leave the room.". There were no blankets in the room. The tub was cracking apart. Overall, it was not what I expected for the money.

Tv wasn’t working when I first arrived, the hair dryer was not working, only about 3 of the outlets worked the outlets I the bathroom did not work the stand for the tv was broken & a piece of cardboard was shoved in the stand to try & steady it which it did not.
