I do not recommend this place

The bathroom was dirty, the shower faucet was broken to change the temperature and there was no water pressure, the sheets had a big stain, the heater didn’t work right, the remote control didn’t work for the tv, the breakfast was terrible. Also, it’s been two days and I still haven’t received the $50 security deposit back. Def not worth the money

Bed was good. Room was clean. Too much noise from heater - room above - loud cars in parking lot.

I didn't eat the breakfast. Hot food at McDonalds was nearby. Location was easy to find and convenient to the hwy but far enough away for noise. Night check in staff was friendly & helpful. Morning check out person seemed uninterested.

3 Things made it an unpleasant night. 1- The 'in the wall' heat exchanger was really loud. 2- No insulation from the room above me. When that guest checked in after I was asleep the noise of them just walking across the room was louder than if they were in my own room. 3- The parking lot outside seemed to be a favorite place for kids with loud cars to rev their engines.

Not one of the better hotels that we stayed in during our trip.

Very clean, bed was comfortable, staff was courteous and helpful.

The pictures in their website and booking.com showed a pool, but there was not one.

A room in castle rock.

Easy to find, near McDonalds. Working AC and mini fridge. Lovely front desk woman who helped us find a handicapped entrance. Lots of cameras.

The room description said king size bed, but was only a queen bed. There were two adults and a child who had to fit in a Queen size bed to have a ground floor room. They don’t have handicap Kings. The grab bars for the toilet were behind the toilet, ineffective. The shower was dirty with someone else’s hair on the wall. I had to request towels, as only one was in the room. Our reservation was for three. People were smoking even if it’s a non-smoking hotel.

Great location easy access to I25 and feel safe

Felt safe working around the area, you can have Macdonald's cross street and even a Waffle House near by can provide 24/7 meal. If you feel bored travel alone, there is a bar next door. Police car come and go all the time.

They don't provide in house laundry, you have to carry your dirty clothes and walk across street to a corner laundry shop to have your clothes cleaned, that laundry shop is very busy because they are MHPs nearby, people bring tons of clothes there and you might need to wait, but the price is reasonable.

Exceptional

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast grab and go bag was awesome. We are early risers so to grab a couple of Muffins, donuts, fruits etc and coffee when heading out in the morning worked well for us. Also, lots of fine dining places in the Castle Rock downtown area to enjoy great food. Overall best value for the money spent on a budget class motel.

Still waiting for return of the $50.00 deposit from the Hotel and for a response from Booking.com

Convenient for the road, but inconvenient for restaurants, etc. Clean, and sufficiently comfortable

MOST IMPORTANT - I still haven't received any information about refunding me a so-called "damage deposit" of $50.00 which I had to pay on check-in. No other hotel did that. AND Booking.com did not warn me. And Booking. com has not been at all helpful in contacting the OYO Hotel Castle Rock to follow this up. SEE below: Very disappointing (in comparison with other very good service provided by Booking.com). 5 APRIL From ME: Hello OYO Hotel Castle Rock, I have not yet received back the Damage Deposit of c.US$50.00 that was taken from my credit card when I checked in on Saturday 1st April 2023. Close to downtown. Easy to find.

Very disappointed in the fact that online said breakfast included. There was no breakfast. If we had known that we would not have stayed there for that price. We have paid less than 85:00 for rooms and gotten a great breakfast.

That is was cheap

room was dirty, out dated, housekeeping came in my room at 10pm, plugs were loose and I couldn’t charge my phone, the tv didn’t work, heater was loud, neighbors were loud, no elevator, bed was squeaky, charged a deposit that I wasn’t aware of until i arrived at the facility.

The lobby reeks of cigarettes even with giant “no smoking” signs everywhere. Very dirty & front desk staff was RUDE. Two different employees were the rudest hotel employees I’ve ever dealt with & I travel a lot. I will never recommend for my family to stay here again.

Not bad place.

American standard. Sufficient for one night on the go. Ample parking.

Run down. Pretty dark in the room. Cleanliness is not ideal. It looks much better in the photos than it actually is.
