The poorest customer service in history

What I like was it was pet friendly and the doors could open and the lights were

What I didn't like was the concierge the customer service at the front desk the guy was rude he was disrespectful and he was discriminative so I had a very bad experience and I will not be back to that hotel

Friendly staff, helpful

People brought large dogs and didn't respect other people and show any concern towards other people who had smaller animals.

Dirty but a good price

It was quiet and the bathrooms were really nice

It was overall really dirty. There were cigarettes burns in the blankets and clumps of other people's hair under our pillows. We wiped the remote for the TV with a wipe and it looks as if we took a black sharpie to the wipe.

Demanding a refund.

Nothing

Had to get 3 different rooms when I checked in because the lights didn't work, not been cleaned or possibly someone was already staying there, and 3rd room air didn't work at all.

I have to say that my state was nice it was comfortable it was clean however no nearby stores

The fact that they were pet friendly courteous and very accommodating

Location close to my SLU surgery place

No where when booking my room did it tell me that there was A 100.00 deposit plus the room cost that could be refunded up two weeks ,even though I was paying cash!

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful...there was an issue with the key card machine when we arrived, but they still got us to the room, and provided key card ASAP.

Lack of refrigerator and microwave. But wasn't a deal breaker. We weren't there to spend a lot of time in the room. TV had 3 rows of lights shining through the picture [

Nothing didn't stay ..

Nasty, dirty , smelly , just plan off disgusting, it's had bugs and the staff are rude . They won't own up to the hotel being nasty. Dirty blankets and sheets on a so called clean bed .

Clean, comfortable room

Handicap accessible room was very well layed out and easy to maneuver. Would be helpful to have king sized bed accessible room.

Originally booked one night online through booking.com, decided to stay another night and booked through Motel 6 with senior rate, was not given the discount because I "should have looked for right code". Had to do with a microwave and mini fridge in room. I travel extensively and fridge/microwave are pretty standard at all hotels.

clean, close to Busch Stadium, bed was comfy & property was in good shape.

domestic issue in the hall early morn; threatening to f’n kill each other & screaming loudly 😳

great location, worth it for the price.

location to down town was great. only 10 minutes away from stadium. staff was extremely helpful, he let us check room before confirming our check in. the Lobby smelt really clean. rooms were updated, showers were huge.

people hung out outside, day and night. dogs were aloud they poop in the front yard. (yes you’re supposed to clean it up…)

We left after 20 minutes of being there and seeing two separate rooms.

The room we checked into was filthy. They graciously allowed us to try another room, and that too was filthy. The comforters were stained, one even had cigarette burns on it, the floors hadn't been swept or mopped and the bathroom sink had toothpaste spit on it. I cleaned the mirror because it was so dirty you couldn't see in it.

It's was close to St. Louis

Woman at the front desk was unfriendly and cold There was a big dead bug in bathroom and the towels seem dirty because of all the stains The blankets were stained up also Windows dirty and vents dirty, the top one was dirty the dust is on the ceiling and the pool was green And was woke up at midnight with people fighting in the hallway. Walls are paper-thin. The lights by the bed didn't work.

Why did I have to pay a deposit for such a rackly room the rooms seem to be extremely outdated the TV had spots thru out the screen which means that the TV was bout to go out in a matter of time room was small

The price. Thats it.

We rented 4 rooms to fit everyone with us. My oldest son and family room had to be switched because there were large cigarette burns in the blankets and huge brown stains on the sheets. My daughter's room also had huge cigarette burns in the blankets. They just gave them new blankets. Also in my daughter room had brown poop looking stuff smeared on the wall by the toilet. So im assuming it was poop. In my room the was blood splattered on the wall in my bathroom and dried toothpaste in the sink. Also used bar of soap in the shower. The hotel itself was not the cleanest and the are was not great.
