For what we needed (1 night and cheap price) it worked out well this time.

I feel like they have done some recent updates and tried to make improvements on a small budget. I understand not having carpet in the room but it made the room less homey. The room didn't smell quite so bad (it use to be a smoking property but is now a smoke free property). The hallway still had a weird smell and the carpet could use a change. The door to go up to our room never latched so anyone could walk in from outside but we didn't have any issues while there. Beds looked clean and for one night was comfortable enough. I wouldn't want to spend more than a couple nights on them. The bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure and was plenty warm. This was a great place for a single night and I would even consider doing a two night trip and for the price it was as good as I could have hoped for it to be. We arrived late in the evening and left earlier then check out so I have no idea how housekeeping is when there for a couple nights.

Need carpet in the room. The pillows looked a bit flat but we had our own. The paint did not cover up all the smells so maybe a daily spritzing of the rooms and hallway of febreeze or some kind of odor neutralizer would be good. The door that goes to the stairway from outside should be looked at so it latches properly so the guests could feel a bit more secure. Online info needs updated. Seemed like I found conflicting information on possible amenities and such.

The room was nasty. I had to clean our room before I would let my family sit anywhere. The beds were hard. The room we reserved online was not the one the put us in.

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. There is much better hotels in the area.

Location. Room was nice.

No breakfast! The staff was horrible! The business card for the GM has an email address that email can not be sent to! Also, 2 different members of the staff would not give me info on how to contact the GM! One finally gave me his business card. But as I said, he is not accessible. I told one staff member I would be staying one more night, possibly another week but that I had to go pick up money as I lost my home an everything I own in a house fire. I got a call in my room from the front desk at 11:10am stating that the GM said either I pay now, or basically get out! Check out time is 11:00am. I had already told this employee I would be staying. I had to pay for one more night as it was after 11 when I got the money. But I sure didn’t stay another night! They have roaches an prostitutes who approached me outside several times! I had to take what belongings I had outside an shake everything out to make sure the roaches didn’t take a ride with me! I did not see them until I turned on a light the day before I checked out! 2 of them came out from behind the TV on the wall. Employees either hate their job, or their just naturally rude! An you will not get to talk to a GM. 2 different employees supposedly gave him my number an asked him to call me. He never did. But who knows if they even gave him my info! Terrible place to stay! I would not recommend it!

Please don’t waste money to be grossed out

Location was good

Everything Dirty even hallways had not been vacuumed. (We got there about 2:30 and check in is at 2) Hard floor in out room visibly dirty and damaged, 2 of 4 pillow cases had a stain nickel to quarter size. Cigarette burn holes in comforter of one bed. Also not secure..Side out side door open all the time. We had no towels in our room and cleaning lady did not speak english to help us. Walls paper thin, could plainly hear a phone conversation in next room and Any conversations outside our door. U will not sleep here so don’t waste your money to be grossed out.

Very poor

No maid service daily. No new towel given daily. Not enough towels daily. The side door to the parking lot did shut automatically had to pull it close. It had a keypad but it never closed. Key kept not working.

The bed was comfortable and tv worked good

It’s a old hotel, the room was ok but the flooring was cheap looking, a wood looking tile. Carpet is much nicer. The bathroom door was sticking toward the bottom. It needs a major makeover and the price was in the mid 80’s, which I thought was high for what we got. We were there 1 night and we left early the next morning, so we weren’t there long! Oh, and they advertise a breakfast, which they didn’t honor!! False advertising! Was not impressed at all!

Worst palace in town to stay at .

Nothing

Police constantly up your rear end being very pushy about who is staying here .we had been in the parking lot for 2 to 3 mins and already our liscense plate was being checked for no reason. Officer approached us and asked for proof of I'd and insurance liscense we asked why we are being questioned or even bothered we are checking everyone today and keeping everyone safe. Uhhhhh no your harassing innocent people and we will not be

Where’s the coffee?

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Had a frig, microwave and TV.

No coffee pot or coffee in room. Pillows too thin. Needed more covers. Killed a bug in room that looked a lot like a roach.

Good

There was no breakfast provided. There was coffee but a lack of creamer. Rooms themselves were clean with hard floors which is great. Price was very good compared to other hotels. Hallways stank however.

Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Lots of cigarette butts in the parking lot and surrounding area. Key cards stopped working twice one we got back to the hotel. We had to get them reset twice. Outside of the building and concrete need to be professionally cleaned.

No breakfast was available

The room had no hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc available for personal use. The bed linens were wrinkled. The floor was not carpeted. The lightning in the room was basic - no warmth. It was not an inviting room. If all you want is a place to lie down to sleep, it will meet your needs.
