Nice quiet friendly staff

I have been charged 3 times for one night stay Like I am rich or something I called this online company called travluor for 54.54$ and I gave the motel my information and I was asked for my card. When I checked out I noticed I was charged 56.32$ figures r only one night Saturday I accidentally scheduled a room online and immediately tried to cancel it. Just to find out I could not do it because the manager is not on duty so I couldn’t cancel in less than 5 minutes. I was now being charged and I am in Alabama not Virginia trying to explain. Sent a letter and now just called and was informed Muriel was going to be in from 11-7 instead of 3-11 No reply still from them and frustrated

The staff working at desk was rude, from the time I pulled up, though I was in the wrong parking, she could’ve been a little bit more friendlier to ask me to move…I didn’t realize I parked in The veteran reserved space… And after I move car… It was no type of friendly greeting from her, two steps inside the door, she stated “Do you have reservation”.. as to say if not why are you here… So with all of that, I decided to go else where to spend my money ….

It sucked. Worse stay I have every had.

I am 74 years old. I am a type 2 diabetic with problems with my feet and legs. When I checked in the staff informed me that I would be on the top floor, which is the 3rd floor. There are no elevators. I explained that I had bad legs and feet to climb 3 floors. Her response was, "Its easy. Youd can walk it". I will write a letter to AARP and a couple of other senior websites and make sure that no senior ever stays here again. The room was musty and smelled terrible. I guess that is what happens when you have a 3rd world people who buy a rundown hotel.

A different clientele from my other Super 8 experiences.

Location by the Interstate.

It isn’t what I didn’t like but it was not up to my expectations for Super 8 from my previous experiences with your business. The management was very friendly. I believe it has to do with more of the customer base in that area. So, I will still stay at Super 8 in the future if convenient.

I don't think that I would book a room again!

Not much.

There were hairs all over the bed, floor, and in the bathroom. No coffee maker, no Radio, the refrigerator was loud, the sink faucet was loose, the faucet for the shower didn't work well and there was no stopper for the drain in the bathtub. In general, the furniture, walls, and ceiling had scrapes nicks, and dents. generally, everything was in poor condition. I understand that to offer these prices, one needs to cut corners, but this was too much.

Would not stay again.

Room was comfortable enough and clean.

The whole building smelled badly. Staff gave huge hassle over legal service dog. Asked for non smoking room and got a smoking room. No desk in room like it states. Needs updating all around.

Good

I liked the room set up and the furniture was comfortable

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected, there was a towel hanging on a hook behind the door when we arrived and the sink was dirty.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Nothing. Wyndham should investigate premises.

The room was never cleaned prior to checking in at 4pm. Cigarette was still in ashtray, shampoo was empty & toilet had feces in it.

Room #115. Mold spot about 2’ x 2’ on bathroom ceiling. Nasty not clean odor in room. Pillows hard and uncomfortable.

Allowed pets for extra charge, no ice machine,no breakfast,

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Don’t ever go there. It is cheap but not worth it. I would recommend to spend $50 more and get a good one. The rooms were super dirty. I never had this kind of experience ever. Don’t book this or you will just regret like me. I also saw cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen place. Such a dirty place to live.

We could not stay tge riom was so unacceptable. There was people slamming doors and banging things.

The room was so nasty we didn't stay.

Nothing the room was dirty, the hallway stunk, the bathroom was filthy

The room/bathroom very dirty. Shower curtain stained & looked like not cleaned after last guest. Hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was bread or sticky bun & coffee, tea or juice. Would not recommend

Never again!

The "breakfast was nothing more than toast, old hard packaged honey buns with coffee and juice. It's in a decent location.

The room was not very clean. Ceiling was peeling in the bathroom, falling when showering! Room wasn't ready at check in. Room wasn't cleaned at all during our 2 day stay. Trash not emptied, no clean towels.

I thought it was a good selection in a comfortable seating.

Comfortable bed. Room was clean.

Intense cigarette smoke smell in non smoking room. Very loud - can hear every movement in surrounding rooms. Breakfast was toast and honeybuns. That was it.
