Because of physical limitations, requested ground floor. Received confirmation. Location
Ground floor was not available. Card key did not work. Struggled up and down the stairs 3-4 times before I gave up on the staff to be able to help me. Unable to speak to the manager even by phone. Who doesn't have a mobile phone for customers to contact? Staff was either disinterested or just intentionally rude. Booked a different hotel on hotel.com website.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained.
The rooms were filthy. The floors were sticky and one was afraid to walk barefoot. The laundry facility had machines that do not work properly. The shower had virtually no water pressure.

nothing, there was some cockroaches on the floor and bath, also was a disgusting smell of tobacco in tue room

This was my second time using this motel. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels for me. The sheets looked clean and there were no unusual smells. The little fridge worked fine.
The room I got was ok, but the little table had some kind of hair grease on it as well as dried up ketchup (I think). The floor felt a little dirty also.

Room was clean. Room needed some repairs to bathroom door and wall had dome damage. . Was pleased that room was clean and had a good location.

The pool, really cold air conditioning and the refrigerator.
The walls were dirty, the stove on the kitchenette didn't work and the door kept getting stuck.

When we arrive, they charged the hotel to my credit card, and I told them that I was gonna pay at the hotel.
The room were in bad conditions, dirty walls, dirty bathroom door, no towels, and we couldnt call front desk because the phone didnt work; theere were no soap...
I really hope not to have the need to stay there anymore.

the location was good and the price was good.
their were holes in the wall, a dead bug in the bed when I pulled back the sheets. the microwave was old and rusting and missing the turn table. I stayed here because my ac in my house went out and needed to find a hotel last minute that wouldn’t break the bank.
