Property very run down. Not very clean. Problems with hot water taking 10 minutes or more to get warm, sometimes not warm at all.

Room very dirty

That it was in walking distance of almost everything and it was right on the beach.

Nothing worked right , air unit inside the room didn’t cool it down , no vending machines worked hair dryer didn’t work

My booking was for 6 total , 3 adults,, 3 kids got one pillow for the sofa bed and no sheet two bathrooms towel for 6 people lucky we bought our own towels, maybe we should have bought sheets and pillows too .

Close proximity to the beach and shops was nice The room was a decent size

The door frame to my room was loose in the wall the bathroom was super small had to basically sit sideways to use the toilet or your knees was crammed into the side of the tub part of the roof that covered the fire sprinkler on the roof was hanging down not super clean every where you looked in the room it looked like a bad landlord special it looked like they think paint will fix anything no cook wear for the small kitchen staff didn’t seem super friendly

initially the room was pleasant

In the shower some of the paint/ceiling came off in the shower while my friend was in it. we went down to the front desk and showed them to let them know this happened during our stay, and they were very rude asking well what do you want. I explained I wanted to show you this so I wouldn’t get charged for destruction. We also asked to switch rooms. we switched rooms, and the blinds broke in the second room, and the door would not lock! we called down to tell them we couldn’t leave because the door would not lock all you had to do was to push it open! they were again, very rude about the door and stated to us when looking at the door, that there was nothing wrong with the first room. Overall it was poor service, we weren’t angry or anything we just wanted to be assisted!!

Everything, it’s a run down property that needs a serious upgrade. Not the best place for families.
