Stay away

The WiFi worked. The shower worked.

Had to change rooms, because 1st room had a large soft spot on the floor and flooring broken and no mirror. Second room had a mirror and floor was intact. No soap, no shampoo, tv didn’t work. The were smears of what appeared to be blood on the sheets.

The beach was across the street ... some of the people were nice.

I felt like I was overcharged almost $200 ...I wish I could get refunded and on top of that it was my girlfriend bday we were watched everywhere we went ..I also didn't have a room key I had to go to the front desk every time I left...the lady at the front desk got mad because I was going on and out.it looked like people were paying a cheaper price want ever go there again.. plus the pictures on the site were false advertising

Bad experience for the price. I would not recommend this motel while it is being renovated.

When I first got there front desk clerk was out sound smoking marijuana. Very unprofessional. Bad experience. There key system was not working so staff had to let you in and out of your room. First room I entered had water all over floor from ac and room smelled like smoke when it was a non smoking room. No mirror in room. Large crack in door. Only were 2 towels in the room no wash cloths. Cable box was almost on floor where you had to aim remote to floor for it to work. I would not recommend this motel especially while it is being renovated. Price should be half off.

Worst place, does not worth your money.

The worst place on earth, phones were down, computer system was down, they charged me a second time because their computer was not working to verify payment, worst of all toilet was clogged, I will never go there again.

if customer service was better it would’ve been great.

I liked how close it was to the beach

when I got there there were kids running around screaming, the staff were outside smoking half the time, the hallway smelt like pee. they didn’t start on my room until after they were done eating I was waiting about 45 minutes after checkin time.

Very poor experience

I first arrived and noticed that the microwave and refrigerator didn't work and I reported it to the front desk and the property manager said he would send the maintenance man to ook at it when he gets in latter so when I came back the only thing they did was give me a ice bucket which I never even noticed or complained about that but they never replaced the refrigerator and microwave or even offered me another room.I stayed 3 days at motel 6th 4th view Norfolk Virginia without a microwave or refrigerator. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT MOTEL 6TH AGAIN NOT TO EVEN MENTION IT WAS FULL OF DRUG ADDICTS ABD PROSTITUTES. ONE COULD TELL THY WERE PLUS I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE I HAD TO KEEP A EYE ON MY VEHICLE BECAUSE PEOPLE KEPT LOOKING INSIDE IT.

Worth the Price for 3 nights, but does lack some things the basics that could determine your stay.

location and pricing! The Lady who took care of the rooms near ours during our stay was very nice and made us feel welcomed.

elevator closing hours, I think property needed some outside care/Reno and unfortunately the ice machine failed us on the last day when we needed it. also luggage/laundry carts would of been helpful. coffee machine would also be nice.

Over all very good

Room did not have a phone - I needed one. The tub did not have rubber strips or a handle bar and I fell one day. Very dangerous. But the room was very comfortable and clean.

Location

The TV remote and or cable box did not work. The channel was stuck on one station the entire time. I was told maybe I was not pointing the remote at the box which was located under a desk. I requested a new remote when I went to the front desk and was told they did not have any extra. There was also a wall mirror which was not on the wall when I got there it was sitting off to the side on the floor. There was no mirror at the bathroom sink. The bathroom toilet was running pretty much the entire time I was there.

I will NEVER REFERE ANYONE TO THAT MOTEL 6. I have stayed in several Motel 6 hotels and they were AWESOME. This one wa

nothing it was dirty and smelled. the front desk person was rude and hung up the phone on me. then when we arrived she was not in the office. I waited 5 minutes for someone to get there. there was a broken laundry or garbage. cart to block the opening.

the room was disgusting. beds and sheets were dirt. refrigerator was dirty and had bugs. the lights had bugs in them. it smelled terrible. there were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot. the air conditioner did not work very well and kept kicking in and out

the placement of the property is price you get a beach view with ocean view pier right in your back yard

the staff was inattentive to not only my needs but the needs of other guest which should be next to cleanliness a top priority

Close to beach

The flooded floor from rain. No tv for the entire week. Staff lying about fixing the TV. The constant reprogramming of the key card. Fighting and cursing from other guest. The elevator that hardly worked. The stair wells filled with kids. General filth throughout the property. Flushing toilets with buckets. Tracking down staff for toiletries and towels. No cleaning during stay.

Convenience of location.

Toilet didn't work well. T.v. did not work. Floors were either unswept or had a stain that was staining my feet. The air conditioner was noisy. Elevator was stuck, the one time I used it after my room card didn't work.

Worst stay ever. I feel yal owe me a free stay next time I travel. This hotel should be removed!!

Hotel was only 10 minutes from friends I came in town to visit.

Everything! Stacy was OK but overall staff was horrible, received room with NO lights, tv didn’t work and had a hole in ceiling. Stacy came up to assist and moved me to another room where everything was working. Every day after I checked in my key didn’t work 😤so I’d get all the way up to 3rd floor, sometimes taking steps because elevator wasn’t always on, only to not be able to get in had to go back downstairs and yell to get staff attention that’s hiding in back room. There was a real funky smell in lobby!! The staff there Saturday was weird they kept walking the parking lot and person who supposed to man front desk was hiding in back office again!! Look I was in town for death in family this hotel was close but once arrived I didn’t feel comfortable but once booked it was non refundable so I had to stay.. Definitely will never return!!
