Location, facilities, and room is great, clean, and quiet, with an excellent layout.

I loved the entire facility. Very homey and gave all the comforts of being home but your not. So glad I shopped around and found this place before booking, this facility was great.

My only complaint for this property was the pool being closed and not having proper notice given before my checkin or reservation was booked. The facility was beautiful but who goes to a hotel and doesn’t get in the pool or hot tub.

The one bedroom with the fireplace, but the fireplace wouldn't warm up the whole room.

I arrived Friday 02/14/2020 about 5:30 PM after checking in I found out that the pool was under renovation from the front desk. That's one of the main reasons I picked this hotel is because of the pool. I feel like this information should have be told before I booked this hotel because I definitely would not have chosen this hotel. I would have booked somewhere else for this weekend. After working 60 long hours all week, I love to get in the pool for relaxation. Aslo Friday and Saturday was 2 of the coldest days we had this year and we gets to our room to find out the heat was blowing out warm/cool air with the thermostat on 90 degrees. I called the front desk and the young lady to me there was no maintenance staff there this weekend and that they can give me extra blankets. The hallways was so cold, they had the AC on. It was more colder in the hotel than it was outside. I booked 2 rooms with fire places and was only given one room with a fire place but my card was charged for 2 rooms for fire places. I've been here serval times in the pass and it never was like this. I use to love coming here, but I don't think I'll be back in the future.
