You get what you pay for

The hotel room was recently remodeled, looked clean, and was properly maintained.

The front door didn't lock. It would open with or without the card key, the bathroom was not updated, and cockroaches were everywhere, found about 10.

I rolled in to town close to midnight. The person working the night shift let me park in the employee parking spot as it was closer to the lobby and it was very late.

Never got to stay there was told my reservation was cancelled by booking.com

Never got to check in,got there at 3 pm to check in.Was told computers were down.Was told to wait 39 min. 55 min later was told my reservation was cancelled by booking.com.I said I was not notified.I was then told there was nothing they could do because it was a 3rd party reservation.

I was shocked at the condition of the facilities.

The location was a plus as I did not have a car. There were restaurants within walking distance.

You expect towels to be in you room and pillowcases to be on your pillow. My room had neither and they were not provided upon request. I was promised towels by multiple staff members but none were ever brought to my room. The phone in my room did not work so I had to walk down to the front desk. I went to the front desk the next morning at 7:06am and requested to have four face towels for each of the "registered" guest in the room. I was told that they could provide bath towels, but face towels were still not available.

I was very disappointed cus I did not get a refund. My family left the room there was a roach under

Bed had cockroches I want my money back!!!! I left the room didn't wanna sleep with bugs. I saw bugs crwalling on the floor, walls, and on our beds. I saw a roach crwall under my baby's leg. Immediately we left and spent the night somewhere else.

I didn't like the fact that there were cockroaches everywhere. This place is infested with cock roaches its all bad. You guys need to take care of this matter or your hotel will go out of business

two roaches as soon as we stepped into the room and put our bags on the bed. cracked bathroom tiles, furniture was old, bed sheets and blanket? Old. This hotel needs a makeover

We found Bugs and cockroaches!! The room was not clean ando many damages and scraches on the furniture. It si unacceptable. The meal at the breakfast was not good.

Nothing the place was unclean.

First the room was not clean. There were cockroaches in the room. We didn’t even stay we gave the keys back and left. Went to a different hotel for the night. After doing more review reading we found that the place has been infested with cockroaches for awhile and reports of bed bugs.

Is a place to rest my head for night

Right outside of room 10 extremely noisy how many but do there when I got there and throughout the night people coming and going when guy yelling at another guy in another language pacing in front of my door for over an hour People pushing the buttons on the cars when they do that it toots the horn and wakes people up, People talking loud people being really loud walking by talking as if it's daytime not having any respect for others in their rooms playing music blasting the music that's what was going on last nigh Plus I was charged with $50 fee that I was not told I was told I was only charged including tax $77 I opened my phone after an hour being out when I left there was a $132 charge on my phone I called to make it right, And I was told I'd get $50 back on Monday, I do not feel OK the way this was done money was taken from my account without my permission nor my agreement and the person I spoke to said well they have to look at the room and if anything's broken they'll keep the money I was not told that there's nothing broken in the room and spotless I consider that stealing I consider that offensive and I consider that a crime Hopefully I will see that $50 come back into my account on Monday 1st thing Thank you

There’s doors that connect to other rooms which was scary. I had to put a chair to block it, just in case someone wanted to unlock their door. Upon checking out I let the front desk know about the cockroaches and all she said was she would have someone come spray! This is a health violation I’m sure and should not have this hotel open until they fumigate this place. completely unsanitary and disgusting.

I ended up leaving the hotel and found another room across the street at a competitor

The only thing nice about this hotel was the lady working the front desk.

I was very uncomfortable with the horror movie playing on the lobby television. The hotel was run down, the bed was caving in the middle and my room was infested with cockroaches. I did not stay the night.
