not well lit outside, hard to find at night, tub leaking and it made the rug outside the bathroom very wet. Could use some updating, expensive for a basic hotel

Near Sanford Airport, friendly and helpful staff, free airport shuttle was great! Bed was comfortable. I was also given a 10% off coupon for a nearby Texas Roadhouse. I had to leave for my flight before breakfast hours, but they did leave some snacks out for early risers.

Although pretty clean, the rooms were outdated. Lots of slamming doors and party noise after 11pm from team players staying at same location. I had a very early flight, so the few hours of sleep I was hoping to get were minimized.

The room was very comfortable. The patio with the swimming pool was a pleasant place to sit in the open air.

I had difficulty in accessing the internet. I DID get assistance and was able to resolve the problem. The motel is in a shopping mall.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check in. Shuttle service and very nice breakfast spread were wonderful additions.

The bathroom tub and sink did not drain properly and the bathroom fan would make this horrible high pitched whining noise like it was going to explode. I also used the "virtual assistant" to request the shuttle schedule, and it told me it was available from 4 am on, but when we went down at 6 I was told that we needed to be on a list. It worked out fine and the front desk called the service and he turned right around to get us, but if the virtual assistant had mentioned we needed to get on the list for a specific time I would have done so and avoided a potential problem catching our flight.

Beds and breakfast were good

When we entered our room there were two loud machines running apparently to dry the wet floor. Called front desk and they sent someone right up but didn't tell him that we were in the room and he just walked in which was quite startling. Luckily we were dressed.

location was perfect and the staff were friendly

lobby was under construction, would have been nice to have have been notified before booking or even before arriving.
