Great, affordable place to stay over the Christmas holidays

The staff was friendly and approachable. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty.

On one of the days of our stay, breakfast closed early without notice and we missed it. It was christmas week so that's probably why, but we wish there had been notice given the night before.

If staying one night it’s a bargain, staying longer than that I would not recommend.

The proximity to event we were attending.

We were there for 5 days. In that time no one ever came to clean. The day I actually requested they came at 5:30 in the evening and we were settled in. We had to have our keycard updated each day, got our towels and toilet paper and to top it off my husband emptied our trash and I took towels to laundry room.

It was ok for a night

Room was quite spacious

There were no items on the breakfast buffet for any special diets such as vegan foods or dairy free. At least offer a Mylk with your milk.

Exceptional

Beverly the general manager was extremely kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was also extremely nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet and the beds are comfy. Good breakfast options too. The rooms are very big also.

Very good for the price if you like a clean, well kept hotel.

I liked how well kept it was. Very clean hotel. Rooms were nice and big and comfortable.

it was a relaxing stay. Mattress was great. Very clean. Good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast.

Morning desk clerk was rude. I said good morning. she looked up, said nothing, and went back to her personal cell phone.

Pretty good for a one night stay! The bathroom had bugs in it but nothing too bad.

good location for my stay in Portland

1st room AC blower did not work. Needed to change rooms. Black mold in shower! Walls really thin. Could hear neighbors chatting while going to sleep.

It was clean in the lobby and didn't smell. Rooms were ok nothing fancy.. The restaurant next door was good.

The rooms could be upgraded some like paint, carpet, the 3rd floor hallway floors were sketchy, the breakfast left a lot to be desired, we choose to pass.

The beds were comfortable and location to Nashville.

Breakfast was gross. Pull out bed was disgusting had stains and dried food all over it. The couch was stained up on the cushions and arms. Found dirty socks and a dirty towel left behind under the bed. Rooms were very very dated. Low water pressure in the shower. Pillows were uncomfortable flat as pancakes. Room was not cleaned daily had to call and ask for linens for pullout after asking for a replacement couch/bed. Hallways were dirty ceilings looked like they had leaks. Smelled musty and like cheap cleaning supplies. To pay $700 for 3 night stay I expected a little more.

Location was nice. Lobby was clean. Most of the staff was very nice.

Owner was the rudest person I've ever met in the hotel business. Room was clean on the surface, but wasn't deep clean, lots of crumbs, dust, stains, etc. Found a roach in the drawer. Concerns were completely dismissed by owner.

Good place to stay and the bed was very comfortable for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast was good with a good variety of options. The location of the breakfast area is centrally located.

The room was a little musky smelling on entry of the room but overall, the room was very nice.

We were there to say goodbye to family member in hospice.

The breakfast was very good. Impressive and not the normal breakfast. Brewsters right nextdoor was nice as well.

About the only thing that we liked about the stay at the sure stay plus hotel. Best Western in Portland was that they had an inside pool. However, let me mind remind you that it was not warm at all.

We arrived at the motel to find that the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. I'm talking orange. I'm assuming residue from previous stays and using their products mold, there were rips in the sheets, and there were cockroaches. Also, might I add the walls are very thin and the neighbors next door and the people upstairs were extremely loud up until late hours .When we told the front desk about our situation with the noise control they said they would take care of it. It was never taken care of. And when we presented the issue with the uncleanliness of the bathroom and the cockroaches, we were basically just given excuses. No combinations, no nothing. I do not suggest staying in this motel.

Wouls stay here again.

It was a nice hotel, the room size was big. it offered a room with a jacuzzi tub and there was a pub/restaurant next to it.

it was a little out of the way to get to the hotel but getting back in the highway was right there. They are in the process of making an exit to the hotel.

Comfy rooms and pool

Room service doesn't come regularly even when asked. Closed breakfast early multiple times! Was told I couldn't book for next week because they was full but they got 8 rooms on booking. Com and on best western website!
