It was a good location to stop!, it was nice clean and had a elevator.

I thought it was very good nice selections. No complaints.

I only needed a place to rest and i ended up here beign the only room available out of all the hotels in the area…. Ever

Everything was ok just the staff was unprofessional specially the girl in the front desk.

They blame me for supposedly smoking in the room and for a smoke detector that was already broken and charged my debit card $250!!!!! More than the room itself !!! Who does that ?

House keeping staff was great, our room was cleaned each day with fresh towels.

breakfast was good, only thing was after Friday they were out of milk

bed was little hard for me, front desk staff needs some work. Hardly ever anyone at the desk

Pleasant

Clean, comfortable, had a pool

One staff member threatened to call the cops and make my 20 yr old daughter leave because she is under 21 and I was not at the hotel with her at he moment. I was staying there with her but I was visiting another family member at the time and my daughter had come back to the hotel before I did.

Great room, great value

Waffles for breakfast. Rooms were very scarce when I started my search on a Friday afternoon. This property was an excellent value when there was price gouging amongst other hotels.

Had great stay,kids enjoyed the pool.

They seemed to have a shortage of towels, was our only issue.

The pool was not clean and the jacuzzi was dirty we thought it was a discoloration at bottom until nxt day when it was cleaned and clear so we we sitting in a filthy jacuzzi

Good breakfast, but dirty room.

The hotel was reasonably priced and location was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very spacious. The area and hotel was very safe.

The room was dirty. The carpet and sofa had stains on them. The bed sheets also had stains so we didn't use them. The beds were uncomfortable. The location of our room was near the back entrance so we could hear the door slam throughout the night.

wish it could be nicer to stay for a couple days, but really a vaca hotel:(

The staff was nice once I got there, they were welcoming. Breakfast was great, pretty delicious I should say, but those were the only nice things about it honestly.

when I first got to the room, the room stank like cigarettes, when the staff had clearly informed me it was a “non smoking” hotel. I was also given the last king room so idk if that also had to do with it being half taken care of, the sofa had a bunch of stains, did not look comfortable to sit on, the desk chair had cigarette holes and stains as well. room looks like the picture and I’m sure the cleaning staff is great it’s just the old stuff that hasn’t been replaced over the years. just really disappointed how it smelled like cigarettes, and we even bought spray to kill off the smell for a while.

My stay was good for the cost of the room. I will stay again.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good.

The room had no USB complementary ports.

disappointed and frustrated

convenience of location. Price. comfy beds.

The check in was horrible. First room we were sent to was occupied and had trash all over it. The second room we got we had to go back down and get the keys because the first ones didn’t work.. the man working the desk was uncommunicative and unapologetic. it took us 30 minutes to check in and should’ve taken us five we were tired from traveling. The ladies lobby bathroom was disgustingly dirty.😝 there was visible fills in the room on light fixtures and plug-ins. 🤪

The lock on one work never work and when we went to front desk was rude and not very helpful. The breakfast was horrible

Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Needed a roll in shower, but did not have one. Shower chair collapsed with husband (his weight was approximately 150#). Thankful no serious injuries.
