DON'T GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

NOTHING WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN WAIST OF TIME AND MY MONEY

The staff pulling out Miller lite and was drinking it out by the front door. The guy manager was always out front smoking damn near every 5 minutes. They had to change our room. In one of the rooms we had the A/C did not work. They sent us to another room, that room was so called clean already but there were beer caps on the couch and trash left behind. The reps had their small kids with the master key card opening my wife and I room while we were there. Thank God we were dressed when they did it. Staff open the room to my daughter's room without knocking freaking her out. It was to a point I was ready to go the hell off till my wife had to calm me down. Also the pool was nasty as hell. I will NEVER STAY AT ANY COMFORT SUITE EVER AGAIN.

The room was super comfortable, a lot nicer than I expected and very clean. We stayed because of an event near Houston but I would stay there again just because.

Uncomfortable, knowing that there are roaches in the hotel

Close to shopping and a lot of places places to eat!

The room was pretty clean, but only concerned was that I saw a roach in the bathroom so I will not stay at this hotel again!

Beds were comfortable,

Huge gap under doors. Let’s a ton of light in at night , dogs barking all night in others guests rooms. Hotel employees didn’t seem to care

Clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. Staff was very nice.

Good value. Centrally located for our trip. Plenty of restaurants around to choose between. Breakfast okay. Nice and clean hotel.

The location was good.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was a $25 per pet nonrefundable fee.

Plenty of choices available at breakfast. Location of facility convenient for us.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcomed us with a smile! The check-in was quick, easy and pleasant!

it was very clean and quiet! We were able to get a good nights rest!

Convenient but less than welcoming.

Location was convenient to freeway and restaurants without being too noisy.

Outdated rooms that need refreshed. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Greeting upon arrival made me think I was interrupting her and far less than welcomed.

The people were accommodating within the limitations of the facility

They were able to give us a portable heater when then main heat did not work.

It was not very pleasing esthetically, and there was not a vent or heater in the bathroom.
