Comfortable Texan Hospitality

We went for the eclipse and the location was perfect. Big rooms, quiet and restful and an easy drive to everything we needed.

Wished the little outdoor pool had been open but it was very early season and didn't affect our stay.

Will stay again!!

Our check-in person, the beds were comfortable, nice size suite, indoor pool and sauna that stays open until midnight, the restaurant, and it was in a decent location.

The suite (112) was next to an event room that hosted an event while we were there. They were knocking against the wall while preparing the room and the guests were knocking against the wall during the event. You can hear traffic so try to stay opposite of the street and on a higher floor. Also the tub drained slowly.

nasty no towels outdated staying at Shiloh was a horrible experience. stay way

the hotel was filthy. they re me they were understand. wifi didn't work. TV and room was dated. worst hotel ever

Place is dirty- the restaurant was closed until Thursday- there was blood inside the elevators, smelled mildew , it was so bad we almost cancelled but there weren’t rooms available around the area

For an older hotel, it was clean and the price is pretty good, considering the size on the rooms were huge

New carpets could help the look but all well other than that

Very good

The Martini and Jazz lounge was great. The staff was exceptional 👏. And the shuttle driver was very friendly and made me feel like a friend.

Birthday Staycation

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice also. Bed was very comfortable too.

Other guests in room beside me with children got there at 2am and kids were screaming and running around their room until 4am . And the guests above me also had children that were screaming and running back and forth across the room 2 of the days & nights I was staying there. Probably a better idea for the Shilo to put families on bottom floor and all in one area of rooms in hotel. And put couples and single travelers at the opposite end of hotel on the top floor so we wouldn't have to hear all the noise and not be able to get sleep or be woke up.

The stay was great just, double check that they have it down, if you requested a late check out.

They made checking in and checking out very easy. I was able to do the late check in like I needed to. They also Included the extra pillows I requested which was nice.

That the key cards didn't work two different times and that It doesn't seem like the late check in was communicated with the front desk, because they had to get the GM to double check that I was even authorized for the late check out with no fee, and made sure I knew they were doing a favor, even though it was an option for me to request at booking and had an email showing the hotel had approved the request

paid bc twice as much as a chain hotel for a hotel with “amenities” that were not available.

the room was very nice. I liked the personal feel of the building itself

the sauna, steam room were not functioning. No breakfast Included in stay. restaurant on site was expensive. “on site coffee bar” was just a jug of pump coffee on the counter in lobby with powdered cream. No water fountain on site. not even near the “gym”. No snack stand. had to buy 2$ water bottles/drinks from machine to drink anything while there. Bistro was CLOSED.

Staff was helpful and friendly

Was no breakfast. We had a 3 day stay and after our 1st night the pool was closed for the rest of our stay, kids were very disappointed

The rooms was nice and was clean and bed was comfy.

Could of been Better quality TV it was super old and no premium channels like HBO,CINEMAX OR SHOWTIME SO FOR THE PRICE YOUR PAYING,THEN THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT OPEN OR NO TOWLS WHEN WE WENT SWIMMING.
