Room didn’t have no towels or soap no trash can the fridge n the remote weren’t working. It was horrible plus the smell on this rooms is so bad.

Location was good. Close to stores and restaurants.

We checked in and went to the room, there was trash on the floor, missing pillow cases, beds had been slept on but the sheets were not changed, no towels, and a really bad odor. This was at 2 in the afternoon. I went back to the office to let them know the room hadn't been cleaned. She stated it was marked clean, but she would have someone take care of it. We came back 2 hours later, and the only difference was new pillow cases and no trash bag in the floor. Went back to the office and nobody was around. We called with no answer and then waited about 10 minutes before the only person on duty showed up. This lady was very nice and clearly in need of some help. She moved us to a different room that had at least been cleaned. We still had no towels and there room smelled like it hadn't been used in a while (old, stale, and musty). This was a nonsmoking room, but the sheets and bedspread had burn holes in them. There was no extra toilet paper (we used the half roll that was there and bought our own instead of trying to get someone from the hotel to take care of this). The secondary lock on the door was broken and many items in the room looked in need of repair. For the price, this room wasn't bad, but the basic service could have definitely been better.

My room had nothing in them except a tv,bed,and chair no phone no microwave no trash can and I had to put up the shower curtain because it was laying on the shelf and I didn’t get the room I had reserved but I had to take the only room they had available

It needs a little TLC but over all it had what we needed for a one night stay.

was a great location, the price was reasonable.

the room needs TLC and they need to make sure they have enough towels and washcloths in each room, it needs to be cleaned up around on the outside.

Not worth the money

I liked the size of the room that's about it

The room was not cleaned well at all, trash and tobacco left in the dresser drawers, dead roaches and crumbs left on the floor which looked like it hasn't ever been mopped, only 1 tiny trashcan to accommodate the whole room including the bathroom it's very inconvenient. The AC doesn't get cold at all and there was literally only 1 towel in the room and it was left poorly folded over the tub and white with stains all over it.

Bad smell as soon as we walked in. The bathroom ceiling was falling in and leaking water. The towel on the bathtub was soaked from water. Water in the floor. The mirror was off the wall broken and sitting in the floor.

The pillows had rips and tears in them along with the blanket, the shower and toilet were both nasty, no towels, one roll of toilet paper, no trash can, no ash trays, not worth the $75 I paid

Disappointed.

it was a place to sleep very close to where I needed to be the next morning.

I didnt get my booked room. to get my booked room (which was a king) I would have had to stay in a room in which the door lock was messed up and I'd have to go to the office to get them to let me back in. When I went to the office, nobody was around. Had to wait forever for someone to show up. Parking was ATROCIOUS..

Horrible stay.. husband made it better

The receptionist was sweet.

Well, I booked a king suite, got placed in a room with no microwave or fridge and dirty towels in the bathroom floor. Was moved to a king suite but the fridge has mold and as soon as you opened it, you gagged and there was only 1 pillow. Moved to another room it was better but was double bed no towels or wash cloths. My husband and I were playing cards and someone unlocked the door and came in. Then the receptionist called and asked was we moved and I told her about it all and said she wasn't told about it. This was the worst stay I have had in my entire life. Should have received refund of my money because it def wasn't worth what I spent for 2 nights. Best part of the whole stay was having my husband beside me. Won't be back!! Needs a good code inforcement officer and health inspector.

That I had a place to stay

I needed new sheets. Pillows. Towels. Everything. I asked for room service. Didn't get that. There was trash outside the whole week I was there. Oh and there was 3 lamps w no light bulbs. And the outlet by the sink didn't work. I had to do my hair where there was no mirror.

NOTHING AT ALL!! The phone in the room did not work so i couldnt call and let them know anything!There were NO towels, washcloths, bath mat, or toilet paper in the room. Once I did get all of this, there was no toilet paper tube to put the roll on. It was missing so i had to use the paper from the roll and set it on the back of the toilet. So I had to go all the way back downstairs to request them which took about 15 or more minutes, not the desk clerks fault at all. The wires were hanging out of the wall for the sconce by the bed...no light! A hole in the wall by the TV, which I plugged with a washcloth. There was a baby roach on the counter in the bathroom! The TV stations were not coming in to watch and I think the batteries were dead in the remote. It said non smoking room and the smell was disgusting of stale cigarettes! Definitely the worst room that I've stayed in for many years if not ever! I have pictures to back up everything I have said here!

It finally got cold about 3 am in the morning saturday. Convenience to family's house.

Checked in late Friday after midnight got I to room no air on, no towels at all. Left early Saturday with family assuming they would come and put towels in and make beds no. Got in after 11 pm no one whatsoever at desk banged on window and door for 20.minutes no answer so I could get towels. Next morning at 9 am go down to desk to get towels and the lady tells me they are out of towels because they were booked up. How the heck you run out of towels. Bad for business. I was going to dry my personal towels we used for swimming all day and dryer was broke. Not happy at all.

Crack hotel!!

Nothing!!

No coffee pot, Air conditioner didn't work, staff was rude, the bed sheets had burn holes in em, found drug paraphernalia in the room, other people's medicine, The lights didn't work, the microwave don't work and we paid $100 for one night!! Not worth half of that!!
