You get what you pay for and I didn't much.
Wall in bathroom looked like it was patched by a sixth grader. Mold on shower curtain rod. Hot water wasn't very hot'

Ms.Rachel was so helpful well all of them are adiment but ms.rachel was really nice and helpful for me n my kids n family

The “free” breakfast was packaged oatmeal. That’s all. Mix it in a cup. At the front desk. So not really a “free” breakfast. No place to sit down to enjoy your coffee and “free” breakfast.
Even a continental breakfast would have been better than the “free” breakfast provided. My room didn’t have any towels nor did it have a shower curtain in the bath. Also, 1st place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t have a box of Kleenex in the room.

Nothing cause we didn't stay there.
When we got there they didn't even have a room for us. Even though we had a confirmation number we got from y'all. They said they didn't know why you booked us a room cause they didn't have any to give. I was pretty upset cause it was like 2am and i was so tired

AThe FILTH! The room was horribly filthy! I was told by staff someone would clean my room the next day but it was dirty when I showed up! Didn't start at AlLL, my kids were uncomfortable & shocked! Only got a refund for 1 day & paid for 2!

The room was spacious, and comfortable bed.
I had to clean the filters on the ac so it would blow air out, the carpets need shampooed and vacuumed, the bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper and no replacements, and although it is a non smoking hotel the entire place reeked of Marijuana.

the management was unprofessional. we we given a dirty room and an occupied room, then offered a refund which takes 10 days. after you contact booking of course

I feel like I'm in the hood. Fabuloso doesn't need to be the main attraction. I never felt uncomfortable in a hotel room. I can't even use the bathroom. And if yall don't get an upgrade asap this is terrible I will not recommend this place to anyone!!

Nicole was pleasant at check in.
The hotel smelled of marijuana from the lobby. My room key didn't work for the back entrance which was closer to my room. The key however, did work for my room so I was confused about that. The room wasn't clean, the sheets had a cigarette burn on them despite it being non smoking. There was paint missing from the walls, the dresser was pulled completely from the wall for some reason. Noticed four roaches in the room and hair in the bathroom.
