Not worth it, go to the Hamtons instead just pay the extra $

Dirty sheets, stained, and hair from previous person all over sheets , bathroom with hair on toliet. Just gross .

Change the sheets after each person come on !! I got a rash on my stomach and arms

Enjoyable and a comfortable place to stay…

It was okay. Breakfast was very limited in choice, with instant oatmeal only hot food available. Muffins, snack bars were available too. More like for pick up and go meal. I stayed because of a great deal for the room otherwise I could not afford normal pricing… Enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you…..

Only one baggage cart available for guests..

It was pretty awful.

The best part when was when we were leaving and we met a very nice front desk worker

When we arrived, the parking lot was blocked and I had to call twice because I got disconnected. I am in a wheelchair and my husband could not find a park, nor a door to enter. The front desk had to walk around and find us after we we waited 20 minutes because she was the only worker there and a couple people came to the desk so she could not leave. I asked to speak to a manager because I specified handicap needs on my reservation and we couldn’t even get in the building, let alone did I receive a handicap friendly room. We were on the 3rd floor and my husband had to keep going to the only door he could get to in order to empty the car and his key locked him out twice. We called and asked for some extra pillows for my legs and she said she didn’t have enough pillow cases. We needed plates and utensils and so my husband went downstairs again and waited 10 minutes but no one was there. We were just looking for a simple room after our wedding until we left for our honeymoon and this was an awful end to our day. Why have a full kitchen with no utensils or ANYTHING and when the “optional amenities” are needed you can’t even find anyone to get them for you. We’ve used extended stay before and this visit made us never want to come back.

Would have preferred dishes to be in room. I normally wash the dishes I use in advance of using them so covid would not have been a problem for me.

Room was quiet and large but not very comfortable or clean.

Room size was good. Having a full-size fridge was handy.

Breakfast was nonexistent, rooms weren't particularly clean. The bed was really firm. There weren't enough pillows. The towels were kind of torture. Any decent internet was extra. The nonsmoking room had a definitely previously smoked in smell. There was only one bedside table. Apparently I don't need someplace to put my phone? :(

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. I booked the room online and check-in was quick and easy. Eloni at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Actually the entire staff was nice. Plus you have a whole kitchen in your room at your disposal. It's located right by the interstate but heard no noise at all. Convenient location, clean rooms, great staff, what more can you ask for.

No complaints, I had an iron that didn't work, but the front desk swapped it out immediately with another BNIB.

Great location.

Water pressure in shower was extremely low, there was mud on walls and on the recliner chair. There was spilled juice in the fridge and juice stains in carpet.

More pillows on the bed, I only had 2😩. Like who sleeps with only 2 pillows at a hotel…I was really annoyed by that
