I won’t go back and have stayed here 3 times. the pet fee is $30 per pet. so be up front and say it as to say possible a

Unpleasant and uncomfortable

Location was convenient. Staff was responsive and friendly

Property was dated and poorly cleaned and maintained. Would not recommend. Price was low. Room was uncomfortable and loud.

location was prime for amenity

the room was dirty, hair dryer did not work, called front desk and they did not care. there was a guy outside trying to get us to go to a paranormal circus and he kept trying to get us even after I said no. when I checked out they were suppose to give $60 deposit back and they never did. when I called about that front desk was rude and said you signed that you got it and hung up.

very good price for what you get. I had everything I needed in the room and it was clean and it was quiet all night.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was perfect. Close to my daughter's home and easy access on the interstate and restaurants. The room and beds were comfortable since we stayed when a cold front came through. Room was very warm.

Had problems with the TV when turned on. Had to reset the cable box each time to be able to watch. We were told the room we stayed in hadn't any occupants in awhile. Staff had to do a quick wipe down in the bathroom and the towels were not fresh. You can tell the towels had been sitting in the bathroom for awhile. Housekeeping did not come to clean or replace used towels.

The beds were comfortable

The refrigerator was loud, the shower head barely worked, the whole bathroom was not remodeled and it was just tacky, there wasn't a blow dryer, no shampoo or conditioner

Not pleased by facility.

The bed.

The bathroom size way to small. The jacuzzi tub was shown in the room and not the bathroom online. Plus there needs to be more than 1 trash can in the room.

$30 extra for 1 pet is ridiculous. Also almost got scalded because could not turn hot water down I. Shower.

Hardly worth the price. Better quality/value elsewhere.

I enjoyed the easy method of tap to unlock to get inside room. Wifi was good/okay and the couch was nice to have.

No blankets/comforter, just a thin wool sheet which felt very sparse. Walls are very thin and we could hear construction outside and the guests in the other room watching TV. Air Conditioning unit was very loud and actually woke me up a few times with it’s rattling.

Gave us the wrong room and would not not put us in the room that we booked even though I showed them the reservation, the room we were in had no AC and it was 106 outside!

Wasn't really happy at all with this stay

The room reaked of cigarette smoke. And I got a pending charge on my card for double payment. The man at the desk said one charge will fall off but so far today they are both still pending, which caused me to have less funds available for my trip. And the breakfast was horrible. We didn't even eat and after we seen what came out of the juice machine we left the dining area grossed out. Definitely will not be staying at this location again.
