Location, large room with a fireplace, restaurant/bar attached to the hotel and the staff were phenomenal, always going above and beyond. Complimentary coffee and muffin in the morning was lovely. Water pressure in shower amazing. Cocktails and dinner in the bar a must stop.
Nothing.

Great location, clean and comfortable
We had a river facing room and there was some traffic noise

Historical building. Lovely room with fireplace and big tub.
Highway traffic noise at night (probably would be lower in some other rooms). Footsteps in room above also highly audible one of the nights.

The wine cellar and happy hour, location and room
It could have had easier parking and it could have been less expensive.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Very good location, nice and okay sized room. And the restaurant “Panorama was amazing
The room was not well isolated for the noise from the street and highway which was very close to the Hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and was decorated in a pleasant traditional style, in keeping with the hotel’s historic location beside Penn’s landing. Coffee and muffins were provided for a quick ‘to go’ breakfast. The staff were lovely and very keen to advise and help.
It would have been nice to have a better breakfast. The hotel did have a restaurant which could have been used for this purpose but as breakfast is not provided in many American hotels, coffee and muffins were a bonus.

The staff—all of them, every single person I encountered—was wonderful. Professional, helpful, friendly, and they really wanted to make our stay excellent. Antonio and George at the front desk gave me a lovely room with a small Juliet balcony, but it was a bit loud for me from highway noise (it was white noise, but I’m a very sensitive sleeper) and they moved me to another lovely, quiet room and took care of anything I needed. The housekeeper was very nice too, we chatted a bit. A group of us were traveling together and went to the wine bar/restaurant for happy hour and the food, wine, service were beyond what we could have expected. April (I think that’s her name) and the whole staff took good care of us at the restaurant. For any issues or requests, Antonio was on it immediately and there to help. It makes a huge difference when the staff wants to help make your stay comfortable and really seems to care about their guests. The location is great in the Old City, they had coffee and small muffins in the morning, and check out is late, around noon. Stay here.
Nothing.

Employees are very hospitable and kind.
The way from metro to hotels (only about 5 mins), there were some weird people at night.

Antonio, the manager, and all staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and interested in our having a great visit. They did extra things such as letting us borrow an umbrella when the rain went on longer than predicted. Antonio found us a tea kettle for use in our room and worked with us to find a room that best met our needs. The restaurant on site was wonderful (for dinner). All in all, we really enjoyed our visit and the hotel environment was fun and accommodating.
I am a real caffeine nut so would have preferred coffee maker in the room, but we had the next best thing and they were clear about what they do and don't offer upfront.

Old quaint hotel.
It’s an old building walls are thin so we heard the people above us as well as nxt to us. And the guy nxt to us his alarm went off for several hours causing us to not get the cozy sleep in we desired

Room was excellent. Super clean, bed was comfortable. Lots of space in the room.
Bathroom was amazing.
Staff was super friendly, felt very welcome there.
Front door needs a ramp for luggage. Random stairs in our hallway were annoying with suitcases.
