A good place to stay. Clean, woodlike floor.

Staff is friendly and attempts to make us as comfortable as possible.

Breakfast was limited. I felt uncomfortable when another customer was complaining about not being able to bring breakfast up to room.

Perfect stay for a beach trip and close to stores and food.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly to myself and family. The room size was the perfect size.

Great service, nice big rooms. All around amazing time.

Everything. The staff was friendly and patient (had tv issue). The breakfast was amazing, fruit, sausage and eggs, etc. when we checked in, there was an issue (my fault) and Chrissy ( check in lady) went above and beyond to assist us, and she did. We will absolutely stay at THIS Best Western. Thanks🤗🤗🤗

The room we stayed in was newly renovated and it was close to the office, so it was a bit dark, bit other than that, we had a great experience.

Would not stay there again..

The breakfast was a disaster. The waffle maker burned and there was not enough of anything for the people trying to get breakfast.

From the socks under the a/c units from previous customers to the uncomfortable mattress, to the breakfast nightmare.. everything was a big nope!

The location was a little bit far from the beach. I didn’t have a car. My relative pick me from the hotel.

Just the location wasn’t walking distance to the beach, shops or centre

Breakfast was good and hot oatmeal with friendly staff

Bed bugs and fleas in the pillows and mattress. What ashame in trying to represent Huntington Beach and could not deliver on representing California as a tourist destination.

Breakfast was good. Adequate variety in a small space.

Shower didn't work - office advised 2 times and no one came to fix it - no alternate room was offered.

the hotel is a good value. Worth the stay.

The hotel was conveniently located . The room was excellent, the breakfast buffet more than adequate. The pool was spotless. The facility is undergoing upgrades that look like they've had a generous impact on the quality of the a visit.

I requested a cancellation for the 2nd night and have not heard back. I checked out on Saturday at 9 am. I sent an email and left a message to cancel but no response back from a booking.com. I would like one night credit and my $100 credit as soon as possible,

Won’t stay here again..

the location was somewhat near PCH and the event we were attending that day.

Older, outdated property. Pillows were horrible and only a bed sheet with a thin cover. coffee maker worked but had to use tap water so it was pretty bad. only stayed one night and couldn’t wait to get home and check out.
