Nice facility. Clean. Comfortable.

Liked the waffles. Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

Can't say there was anything I did not like. I would have appreciated a reclining chair in the room. I have difficulty lying flat when I sleep.

Clean and quiet

Rude staff. Charged Me $40 more for next night a day later. Was a mixup with my card and explained the situation and had agreed to go back and pay in cash once I was free from my work-related responsibilities. Manager left threatening voice-mail.

Nice shower, comfortable beds! Breakfast were good! Clean was a plus.

Great staff, very friendly, convenient location. The automated pancake machine was also really cool, and makes me want one at home!

I am back at the hotel for a long 6 week stay for work. I have recommended this hotel.

Convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The staff was great. Housekeeping was very tentative.

No microwave and had to ask for refrigerator. The room was clean but in need of remodel.

We have been staying here for over 10 years. The wallpaper is peeling, the towels have seen better days along with the furniture.

Springville Microtel

The room was comfortable and had all necessities. The breakfast was excellent and we were amazed by the selection of fresh items. The motel was central and we could walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and breweries. We would definitely go back.

Cannot think of anything. For the money, it cannot be beaten. We will definitely be back next year.

Was pretty much as expected.

Nice layout in the suite. Bed was very comfortable.

Couldn't set the alarm on the clock. Needed a new one. Maid service needs to be improved.
