Very bad.

This room looks nothing like the AD , as soon as we walked in there was a strong whiff of cigarettes . There was burnt holes in the couch and graffiti on the tables . Absolutely disgusting 🤦‍♀️

The place was filthy and infested with flys and magots. This place needs to be shutdown immediately.

Very poor stay totally overpriced

We left very early the next morning pictures do not represent the rooms

Rooms dated dirty chair carpets bedding hairs in sink no smoke alarm so dangerous Hairdryer had melted Blocked toilet We did advise reception on leaving Poor Motel by motorway needs total overhaul

Room were not clean walls were broken/ cracked. This place looks like it's use for prostitution. People knocking on doors at 2am. And lots of activity going on all night. Really bad area. I was really disappointed. I will not recommend to anyone at all. I could honestly tell you this is the worst place I've ever been. I reserve 5 room because we were going to a concert as a family and we all regret staying there.

nothing very poor service.

only two small towels. roaches every where. the room smells like roaches poop. they where smoking outside my room door. I took my wife on my business day and they where really bad people in the hotel. how embarrassing. you should check those properties before posting it on the booking app.

Deplorable, disappointing and false advertising

Not a thing about the lodge was likable. There was no breakfast. There was no available to the office or the lobby. The manager was not there to check us in, instead there was a note that referred us to one of the guest rooms where a male in dirty clothing checked us in. The shower from the room above our room leaked into our shower, there was black mole on the ceiling in the shower, therefore we were unable to shower during our stay at the lodge.

Never again!

There was no breakfast offered even thought it said there was.

The staff was very rude. I paid for my extended stay and he was still harassing us for the money we paid. Said he forgot

Wouldn't stay again even though it has a convenient location for Freeway.

Good location just off freeway. Decent room and bathroom, wifi and TV.

Front office was locked (Covid measure?) for check-in and also therefore no breakfast was provided as advertised/included in room rate - no prior notification provided to give option to book alternative accommodation and no apology. (The room was serviced after the first night which seemed odd, however). Disturbance outside room on both nights and noise from room above.
