Chambre vaste pour 5 (2 parents et 3 ados) - très propre, très calme et excellente literie. Salle d’eau vaste et kitchenette. Petit déjeuner complet sous forme de buffet accessible même à 5 même si il est préférable d’arriver avant 08h00 pour avoir de la place ;) L’emplacement est très pratique à moins de 1 »on du métro direct pour Times Square en moins de 15 min! Appart'hotel très propre, accueillant, literie très confortable. Nous avions pris l'option vue sur la ville (chambre 1014) et nous n'avons pas regretté : vue sur Manhattan splendide ! Lever et coucher du soleil, by night...top.
Métro juste à côté pour rejoindre Manathan en 20 minutes.
Trop de monde au petit déjeuner. La salle est bien trop petite. Un matin, le choix était très restreint : pas de jus d'orange, pas de pâte à tartiner au chocolat, pas de pain de mie... C'est décevant. Les autres matins, bons choix mais manque de pain, croissants...

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro. Facile il check-in, personale molto disponibile. Buona la dimensione della stanza e la pulizia.
Assolutamente insufficiente lo spazio dedicato alla colazione: per sedere a un tavolo a volte serve fare coda. Anche il buffet di colazione non era proporzionato nella dimensione alla capienza dell'hotel. Nella stanza con cucina mi aspettavo almeno le sedie, non dico un tavolo, ce n'era solo una in una stanza da 4 posti. Per cenare abbiamo tenuto i piatti in mano, seduti sul bordo del letto.

Petit déjeuner délicieux et plutôt varié. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Emplacement parfait ! Quartier très calme avec des petits resto, et l'hôtel est 2 minute du métro qui nous emmène en 10 minutes à Times square. Parfait/
La consigne bagage à 10 dollars par bagage ! On a déjà payé l'hôtel et le séjour à New York qui n'est pas donné ! On se passerait bien de cet extra dépense pour quelques heures le dernier jour de séjour, alors que ce services est gratuit dans la plupart des hôtels.

La zone de repas de l'appart hôtel est réellement un plus pour les repas du soir après avoir marché toute la journée dans la ville
Dommage que la zone petit déjeuner soit petite. On devait parfois attendre debout plusieurs minutes qu'une place se libère pour avoir une table. Surtout de 8h à 9h.

La propreté rien à dire je suis maniaque et franchement c’est l’un des hôtel les plus propre que j’ai fait .

La mauvaise odeur des tapis qui et dans toute la chambre quand on rentre.. il faudrait revoir le nettoyage à fond des tapis

Les mur sont assez fin on entendait les voisin pendant leur câlin du soir…
On nous a donner un parapluie lit pour mon bébé de 9 mois sans matelas….
Quand on a demander le matelas on nous a dit qu’il y avait un futon dans un placard……..

La chambre familiale était agréable, fonctionnelle et assez grande pour 3 adultes et 2 grands ados.
La proximité du métro est un bonus , cependant c'est la ligne de bus M32 à 10mn de marche qui est largement plus agréable pour rejoindre Manhattan.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Il propose en plus des gaufres délicieuses , des éléments salés que nous avons apprécié de manger en rentrant.
Le personnel est très serviable dans sa très large majorité.
Jolie petite terrasse au 7ème étage avec une jolie vue.
Une odeur de gaz nous a un peu surpris le matin dans le couloir au 6ème étage. Le soir à notre retour, elle était devenue trés intense. Après avoir appelé la reception, inquiets et ne voyant personne arriver, je suis descendue. Une femme réceptionniste s'est montrée pour le moins désinvolte et limite désagréable. Elle m’a répondu que c'était géré en me tournant le dos.
Heureusement, un autre réceptionniste a pris le temps de nous rassurer. Visiblement, c'est un problème connu même si l'odeur ne rentre pas dans les chambres.
Le coin cuisine pourrait être un vrai plus s’il y avait aussi quelques couverts et assiettes.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
Zu wenig Geschirr und Kochutensilien um die Küchenzeile benutzen zu können (Tipp: einen 2-Platten-Herd kann man mieten).
Nur 2 Stühle am Esstisch für 4 Personen.
Room Service wurde leider von Tag zu Tag immer schlechter

Tutto perfetto!, ampia stanza con vista bellissima sullo skyline, pulizie quotidiane, ottima colazione e staff sempre gentilissimo. Situato in zona molto tranquilla con fermata subway a un minuto a piedi e ad appena 4 fermate da Times Square. Tornerò sicuramente!

The location--- is pivotal ! It is just a couple of NYC Subway stops away from the iconic Times Square--- which establishes excellent connectivity with the City Center. The Room was superb, with amenities as a large fridge, a large microwave oven, dish-washer, kitchen towels, toaster, coffee-maker (although I did not use this last one). Breakfast in the spacious lobby served was sumptuous Continental type, with cereals, milk, fresh fruit juices as well as some other dishes (but as a strict lacto-vegetarian, I could not avail them, as they contained eggs, meat). My room was well-maintained, clean and with decent lighting, desks, closet, iron with ironing table. It essentially was a studio-apartment. The cherry on the cake was the Manhattan-NYC-view from the window, with the magnificent Ed Koch Queensboro bridge ! The staff was all-in-all modest, helping...Enzo, Omar and in fact all of them. They resolved all issues and gave me pointers on connectivity to the locations I wanted to visit. Queensboro Plaza North and 39th Avenue Station are conveniently located (respectively two blocks and one block away). The Queens neighborhood is an upcoming one, and it feels like it has started rivaling Manhattan, given the skyscrapers that are being constructed. Thankfully, there are lots of food options including Indian food ! One added convenience: public laundromats are in the neighborhood on Crescent Street.

Camera ampia all’ottavo piano, bagno grande con vasca uso doccia, shampoo e doccia schiuma disponibili, asciugacapelli. Colazione accettabile essendo a NY, consiglio di scendere entro le 7:30 per non trovare troppa folla. vicinanza alla metro con pochi minuti di cammino, cordialità del personale, possibilità di farsi chiamare un ncc privato per andare in aeroporto. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Wi-Fi funziona bene. Bella la vista dal terrazzo del 7 piano
Secondo letto (divano letto) scomodissimo e piccolo per due ragazzi, al nostro arrivo era ancora chiuso (dopo 10 ore di viaggio ) chiedo che venga sistemato ma mi rispondono “sorry dovete farvelo c’è l’occorrente nel cassetto” a mio parere è inaccettabile.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro, solo 1 minuto andando, puedes ir a todos los lados porque está muy bien comunicado, cerca hay un supermercado pequeño que también venden comida para llevar y está muy bien de precio ya que todo en la cuidad es carísimo. Los trabajadores todos muy amables, te limpian la habitación, cambian toallas y hasta te lavan los platos, eso se agradece mucho. Las habitaciones cómodas y grandes, nos faltaban edredones y almohadas para el sofá cama pero lo pedimos y no los trajeron. También tiene un metro que está a 6 minutos andando para que puedas coger el tranvía para el aeropuerto.
El desayuno no tienen mucha cosa, muy poca variedad, lo que hace que comas lo mismo cada día y sino te gusta lo que hay pues te quedas sin desayunar. En los 7 días que estuve había lo mismo cada día, si tuvieran una espacio mayor para el desayuno podrían poner más variedad porque a veces tampoco tenías mesa para sentarte.

O café da manhã foi bastante agradável, com itens que até surpreenderam positivamente. O quarto é bastante amplo e adequado para famílias de 4 a 5 pessoas. A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo de Manhattan e, se não fosse um dia chuvoso, daria uma excelente visão da cidade, conforme prometido no anúncio. Muito rápido para chegar às principais atrações.
O estacionamento não comporta a demanda. Mas, a garagem próxima é boa o suficiente e tem um preço interessante, até melhor que o da garagem do hotel.

La chambre est conforme aux photos avec beaucoup de rangements, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le coin cuisine permet de réchauffer ses plats ou de cuisiner en demandant le nécessaire à l'accueil.
Le quartier est calme avec 3 superettes dans un rayon de 10 minutes de marche pour se ravitailler. La station de métro est à 2 pas et vous conduit à central park en 12 minutes et dans wall street en 30 minutes (avec un changement).
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec possibilité de faire ses gaufres tous les matins! les enfants, et nous, avons adorés!
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et réactif aux demandes, bravo!
C est pour moi un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
