Nestled in Palma, this lovely condo for £148 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Accommodation classified as "Interior Tourism". The one bedroom apartment has a capacity of up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It's located on the second floor without lift. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Fully equipped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower. No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city attractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born. “Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation. -Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit. Booking conditions: - A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay. "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas. Note: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. For the access to the property by car, it is necessary to ask for an ACIRE driving license. We will give you the instructions when you make your reservation.

Beautiful unit located in the second floor of a quiet building. The unit was clean and property management company was very responsive and easy to deal with. The location is very central and within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. However, compared to some of the other vacation rentals we stayed at in Spain, this kitchen was very sparsely appointed, with only the basics. Also, the wifi was slow, and needed a reset by the property manager, but became slow again towards the end of our stay. Also, if you have a car, do not stay here. The unit is located in a restricted ACIRE zone which means you are unable to park nearby and parking in the nearby parkade is expensive, $32 euro/day. I think if they had better cookware, a decent coffee maker, faster wifi and better parking options, I would have rated it higher.

As advertised. Clean and bright, good property, location was next to some good bars/restaurants and was quiet. Managers were easy to deal with. Overall quite enjoyable

El apartamento esta muy bien situado para ir al cualquier sitio en Palma. Lo mejor? El café al lado donde desayunamos y comimos casi todos los dias. Buenos sitios para comer en las plazas cercanas también. Tuvimos problemas al principio para abrir el sofacama, pero los anfitriones nos vinieron a ayudar.
