Exceptional

Ease of check in, clean and delightfully decorated accommodations.

The awkward placement of sofa and table. Made it difficult to visit and watch movies together.

We really enjoyed our time. It was a wonderful escape from everyday life and stress.

The kids loved the theme of the villa. The location was an easy walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean. The details of the theme were fun. A small, cozy family feel for the property.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the kitchen/bathroom could use an upgrade, but everything was clean. Some laundry options would be nice for a family of five.

A great family friendly place to stay!

We absolutely loved the Egyptian decor! The unit was clean and spacious. It was great to be able to simply punch in the code, pull out the key, and walk right in, without having to deal with a front desk check-in. The place is kid friendly with board games, DVDs, and outside toys. We even got to make s’mores around the fire pit!

I am tall person, so I kept bumping my head on the ceiling. A lot stuff was pretty old, and I had to fix one of the outside toys, so that the kids could play on it.

A unique medieval retreat by the sea!

I liked the location being in the middle of the business corridor and proximity to the beach. I appreciated the themed decor. It made for a unique experience!

I wished the batteries were replaced in the electric votive candles as well as the little lantern in the closet.

4th Anniversary trip

The decor was awsome, everything was to the theme. Was a very comfortable and quiet location, very close to the beach. And all local businesses.

great value and great memories

it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom for success. it had extra blankets and pillows available without having to request. the high quality shower products were a very nice touch. the theme through out the medieval villa was absolutely amazing.

the beautiful spiral staircase was hard to negotiate. may need to reenforce the beds more, they seemed a little shakey.

3rd Trip, and Not The Last!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Shorebirds Villas three times now, and have always had a wonderful experience. Super fun theming; the beds are insanely comfortable; very spacious and always well-tended to.

We did run into dirty dishes this time - more than just dust, some plates in the cupboards were very dirty. Additionally, the only baking sheet provided was much too large to fit in the small oven lol! Not the biggest deal at all, just a bit of a bummer as we couldn’t cook most of the food we brought.

Nice place, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Check in and out were both easy.

The location is empty in winter. I would recommend going in summer.

Loved it.

The cabin was thematic (tropical) and very well done. There were kid's books and toys inside and out. Even though we had a noisy neighbor one night, you could barely hear it.

The location is convenient. The house is clean and warm. It is also quiet and safe.

One bedroom doesn't have window, so kind of stuffy.
