Awful experience, worst hotel mgmt, do not stay here.

Absolutely nothing. The ONLY positive about this place was the associate, Jessica, who managed to save us from a totally awful trip.

Where do I start. This is my first bad review I’ve ever left in my life. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We came to town for a festival, and missed the first 3 bands because we didn’t get checked in til 5pm, even though check in was at 3pm and we were the FIRST people in line. They said they only had one cleaning crew and that’s why there was a delay, but I’m confused as to how check out is at 11am, so in 4 hours, they couldn’t clean ONE room (because again we were the first to check in). This check in situation was unfortunate, but it would’ve been a smaller issue, had the manager, alysha, not been the rudest and most unprofessional person I’d ever met in my life. I am someone who understands that things happen, and I don’t sweat the small stuff. So in these situations, I’m always willing to roll with the punches & not give staff a hard time when things out of their control happen. But here’s what my interaction with alysha was like: when I arrived at 2:55, I asked if we were able to check in (only 5 mins til check in). She didn’t even look at me, walked right by me and said “nope”. I was like oh ok, come back in 5 mins? And she responded “probably 30. No rooms”, again not even glancing up at me. She then proceeded to accost and insult every single person who called the hotel in the hour that I was waiting there. I was shocked because I’d never heard a hotel associate, let alone a manager, treat pleasant strangers sooo poorly. At 4pm when they finally said rooms were ready, and I had been silently and patiently waiting, she came back and said that our room was ready. She said “1 king”. I responded “oh I’m sorry, we paid for 2 queens because there are 3 of us”. At this point they’d already swiped my card and charged me for the room, so I very politely (because I didn’t want to do or say anything that would result in me not getting a room) asked for the room I’d paid for.

Don't stay here.

There was one staff member that was really nice.Bed was decent.

Outer door didn't lock. It was behind a condemned hotel in a terrible area. Surprise cash only deposit of $150 at the door. Which couldn't get back until after 9am so if you need to check out early you won't have a chance to get your money back. Location is sublet leased to homeless people. Good luck getting anything for breakfast. They don't care that people smoke so entire building smells like pot and animal excrement. Paint peeling and holes in walls tv was scratched to hell. Room service is by request which is fine but they have it posted that longer stays will be checked after the 3rd day. It was not.

Sucks.

We like that this is close to where we were going the next day. And we like the complementary breakfast too.

The receptionist in the front desk was rude from the get-go. She seemed so unwelcoming and does not care. Her body language and the way she talked was blunt and rude like a burn-out employee, not wanting to work anymore. She also made a rude comment that my colleague is weird just because she did not just sit down in the lounge to wait patiently, but was instead was actively walking and looking around the area while I was busy transacting with her. The property also had a mandatory $150 cash deposit before you can check-in, which was not even mentioned here in Booking.com. we were forced to use the ATM there with fees because we were not carrying cash of that amount in our wallets.

Unprepared for $100 CASH deposit, for one night. Looked like the hotel was in a pre demolision phase as there were boarded up windows and cyclone fencing, looked very sketchy.

The staff were the rudest I have ever dealt with. Literally screamed at my son and I when we asked a question. But I didn't stay with the booking.com reservation due to the hotel not getting the reservation from booking.com. Once again very unhappy with the services provided by Booking.com and I and my family will never use you again. We will also use all social media and word of mouth to ensure everyone knows how this was handled by you.

I left my daughter’s competition Leo in the room and they were able to retrieve it and put it aside for me to come get. The breakfast was good and the room and front area was very clean.

Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and you could smell it in the hall way, some kids were also hanging out in the hall way with their bikes. There was also a large bag of garage sitting in the hall way.

I liked that this hotel was close to the hotel that my son was staying at. The front desk staff was nice upon while helping me.

This hotel is in a rougher part of town. There was lots of homeless activity and even police called to the hotel our first night. There was very little as far as options for breakfast and it wasn't that clean. The rooms looked like they were under construction. Doors to the outside (side of the building) were left open early morning and late at night. You couldn't get extra towels even though there were multiple of us. There was no phones in the rooms to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone. I had to ask for toilet paper and nobody even cleaned the room during the day while we were out. There had to be a $150 cash deposit left and several guests upon check in stated they didn't know and it wasn't posted. They were forced to use an ATM in the lobby to take the cash out to use for the deposit. The bathrooms in the lobby had no soap or paper towels. The photos are not what the rooms look like and the outside of the hotel is not what it looks like. It is located behind a boarded up and shut down hotel. The room was clean but there were non of the added things a normal room has: phone, Kleenex, blankets or pillows for pull out bed, the heater/air-conditioning unit in the room didn't work so during the day it was warmer but at night it was freezing.

MANAGEMENT & STAFF!! the manager is super rude with a bad attitude and some of the staff nope around like they don’t want to be there. we have stayed here a few times and dealt with the bad service because the price was reasonable. But after today’s experience, WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN! As a previous worker of hospitality for some years, this has been the worst service I have ever experienced.

Front desk and maintenance were nice.

Breakfast was horrible, no waffles, juice was not fresh, coffee was cold. There was work being done in the room next to ours, could barely sleep. The hallway smelled horrible. Breakfast staff, not professional. Cash security deposit was an inconvenience.

Staff was friendly and our room was clean

The pictures they put up to show the hotel are very deceiving of whats really going on in this place. Halls smelled like smoke and Marijuana and room smelled like cleaner. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. The vending machine in the hall where are room was didn't work we had to walk back to the lobby. You had to pay a $150 cash deposit for incidentals that we got back at check out. Yes it's a cheap price but it's not worth it.

although i was aware that the location was a sketchy area, I was hopeful that at the very least the property was going to be okay. the facility smelt of marijuana, the water pressure for the toilet was very low and we had to wait in between uses. there was no breakfast, no housekeeping and the staff wasn’t very friendly. The ice machine and soda machine was out of service.

The hotel lost my reservation, but seemed to find my family’s reservation which I booked together. Had to pay $150 cash

Bed was comfortable; room clean

It’s being used as transitional housing for homeless people; some of the units are leased. Atmosphere is sketchy. No breakfast; not even coffee (no cups)!

The staff was very polite and respectful.

The bathroom was not cleaned. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I also did not get the room I booked. I booked a room with a king sized bed, yet I was placed in a room with two queen sized beds.
