Room was listed as sleeping for four. We have a teenage son and daughter and didn't feel they should share the sofa bed, so our daughter had to try and squeeze in between my wife and I in the king bed. That didn't work so she ended up sleeping on pillows on the floor. Our son said the mattress in the sofa bed was thin and it was almost as if he was laying directly on the metal frame underneath. The carpeting in the hall and in our room had multiple stains and the room just felt dirty. Oh, I had asked the front desk if they had a roll-off bed for our daughter and was informed they don't have those. We had booked two nights but didn't stay the second night since none of us slept well at all.

The room was big enough to accommodate my family.

The floor smelled, not enough towels and no hand soap in our bathroom. Pool was over filled with kids doing back flips, diving and jumping with no supervision from parents. Breakfast....well there were no plates or food left so we waited a half hour and people were still standing around waiting along with no coffee for 45 minutes the time was 7:30am. One of the workers was having a private conversation on speaker phone when we checked in with inappropriate language and I had my kids with me. I wouldn't go back for $250 a night.

The property was very clean. The bed couch kitchen bathroom etc was very clean and too my liking.

when I opened the dishwasher it was warm and flesh freshly washed, but upon going to use a glass latter in the night I saw what looked like fresh greasy lip marks on the glass. I ran the dishwasher and it was cleaned so maybe they didn’t run a full cycle? The tub was very clean but the shower head is broken and sprays water on the floor and ceiling. water damage and paint peeling off the ceiling indicates this has been an ongoing problem. Due to the cracked head I could only shower tight up against the back wall.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! We were surprised at how large the room was. We are always nervous with how the hotel will turn out and we were very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend.

The writing on the outside of the building was a little hard to see. The cleaning staff looked very unkempt. Would be better if they looked more professional if they are cleaning the facilities and will be around guests. The couple we saw had on sweatpants/joggers, a random t shirt, scraggly facial hair and the girl had long scraggly hair, would have been nice if they wore some sort of uniform, shaved and pulled their hair back.

The room wasn’t clean. We had to be moved to another room. The pillows were worn not fluffy.
