Will definitely stay there again when I’m in Bryan College Station!

The front desk man was awesome when we checked in. I’m handicapped and the system didn’t register that when we booked the room online even though it was in the notes so he worked it so we got a ground floor room. The beds are great—nice and firm and comfortable. The room was spotless and location was great for us.

Not very good and won’t go back

Location

Terrible breakfast, cold coffee, no coffee in lobby in afternoon like other Baymont, Uncomfortable bed, 1 small bar of soap for the sink and tub for 2 people.

Won’t stay there again for that price !

For the price, although the bed was great & it was clean, furniture was very outdated & Worn! The love seat looked like someone’s cat had scratched both arms it was so ugly! The room was worth less than 1/2 what we paid! I expected more from Windom!

Paper thin walls where you could hear your neighbors till 3 am made for a horrible night!!

Clean, comfortable modern room

Paper thin walls!!! We could hear our neighbors talk till 3:30am! Heard them talking right thru the walls. Couldn’t sleep from 2:30-3:30am when they were arguuun! It was horrible!! Could hear them slam the door! At 5:30-6am could hear them drag their suitcases out. It was a horrible night!! We didn’t call the front desk because for the most part they wer talking. But their bed was right on the opposite wall of our bed. Could hear her say, what about Karen and Ashley?”. Then he said, “they meant nothing. It took me a long time to get them out of my head!” And the argument just escalated from there until I knocked on the wall!!! Like I said paper thin walks!!! And doors that slam shut upon leaving the room!!

Everything. Very, very clean room the moment we walked in. The check-in was very pleasant and courteous. The breakfast hit the spot. Very clean kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, along with the pillows. The walk-in shower was clean and very helpful.

see above did not try the breakfast as graduation was 9 am. All pictures attached are from the room itself.

location was fine but looked nothing like the picture.

There were bugs (doodle bugs or rolly polly as they are referred to, in the bathroom. Not just one but around 10 or more. There was a odor and a fan for odor was sitting on the desk. The phone call directory looked like it had old blood stain. No std pillows. they were 3 decorative size pillows for bed pillows. Room door inside looked dirty. Looks like renovations were needed. Very disappointed for the amount of money. It was graduation weekend. we got there around 10pm and to late to find another hotel. I thought by the name of the hotel it would have a better reputation.

The location of this hotel is horrible. Not a safe area. Staff was not knowledgeable in using booking.com.

HOW CLEAN THE ROOMS ARE. AND THE ACE WORKED PERFECTLY.

The price was to high. And how you don't have smoking rooms.and y'all charge me for a day and I still paid the full price for my reservation.
